1 Moving Auction Saturday, June 10:0 AM (Alternate date in case of weather cancellation is Sunday, June 12:30 PM) Owners: Rick & Jean Hinton Location: 1757 Hamburg Drive, Bismarck, ND Rick & Jean have retired and are moving to Texas. This sale features a nice selection of guns, ammo, outdoor items, cameras, furniture and household. Some of the items were estate items that were in storage so expect some surprises! VEHICLE 1995 Nissan XE-V6 Pickup, 108,900 miles, 5 Sp, 4 WD, Box Cover, Good Shape GUNS & OUTDOORS (Please note that all guns are subject to Federal Firearms Licensing requirements. What does this mean? The required paperwork and check will need to be completed on each gun buyer. Mandan Sporting Goods will be doing the paperwork. As soon as the guns are sold, they will be taken to Mandan Sporting Goods where they will be logged in to their books. You will pay for the guns at the auction site and take your ticket to Mandan Sporting Goods. There you will fill out the required paperwork and they will do the check. Once you are cleared, you will be given your gun. Mandan Sporting Goods is open until 6:00 PM on Saturday and closed on Sunday. If you have any felony charges, do not bid on the guns. I wish we didn t have to do this and I apologize for the inconvenience, but the risks of not doing it are too great. Auctioneers are getting Cease and Desist orders (and fines and prison sentences in some cases) for improper gun auctions from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.
