2 Tournament Rules 1. Length of Matches U10, U11: 25 minute halves U12, U13: 30 minute halves U14, U15: 35 minute halves U16: 40 minute halves U19: 45 minute halves 2. The tournament reserves the right to shorten or cancel games as deemed necessary. 3. All games will be started on time, with forfeits being declared for any team not present within 10 minutes of the scheduled starting time. The clock starts as of the scheduled time without regard to the circumstances regarding games on the field. Forfeited games will be scored as a 1-0 victory. 4. The will be NO PROTESTS or APPEALS of any kind allowed in any match. The decision of the referee is final. 5. During all preliminary rounds, ties will stand. Tournament points are awarded (or subtracted) as follows: 6. Within a division, standings will be determined based on the following criteria in the following order: 1. Highest number of tournament points 2. Winner of head-to-head competition (unless more than two teams are tied) 3. Goal differential: goals scored minus goals allowed; maximum goal differential of three per game 4. Fewest goals allowed 5. Penalty kicks according to FIFA penalty kick rules, except all eligible players may be chosen to kick. If three teams are tied with tournament points, the first team is eliminated based on criteria 3 then 4. If the three teams are still tied, a draw is used to select two teams for a penalty kick. The remaining tie is broken between the remaining teams based on criteria 2 then There will be no tie games in semi-final and championship matches. Two full, 5-minute overtimes will be played. If the tie still exists, FIFA penalty kick rules will determine the winner. Win: 6 points Tie: 3 points Loss: 0 points Goals: 1 point per goal; maximum of three Shutout: 1 point Red Card: 1 point deduction per red card (including coaches red cards)
