ANNOUNCEMENT Street Freestyle Sport Kft on behalf of the MAMS and the FIM Europe RRC will organize FIM Europe Street Freestyle European Cup at Kunmadaras Raceway Hungary on 30th of April 01st May THE SECRETARY OF THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE Name and address of the organizing committee: Street Freestyle Sport Kft. 2 4. JURISDICTION The meeting will be held in accordance with the FIM Europe Sporting Code and Sporting Rules FIM- E RR 032 and it s annexes. 5. No: RIDERS AND LICENSE Participation at this meeting is restricted to adults (age over 16), riding solo machines and must be holders of a valid FIM Europe Road Racing Promo Sport License, annual or one event and a FMN license. Riders from other countries than Hungary, must have a written start permission from their own FMN/federation. For riders outside of FIM-E territory see the FIM-E RR CLASSES The following classes, group and classes are eligible: Street Freestyle (over 550 cm 3, minimum 2 cylinders) Participants must wear protective clothing; every body part must be covered. 8. NUMBER OF RIDERS ALLOWED Qualification Street Freestyle REGISTRATION, ENTRIES, FEES Pre-registration is free of charge. The deadline of pre-registration is 15th March, Registered participants will get constant information, newsletters, and they will have the privilege to require special needs in the depo. The pre-registration has to be done via to the address of the organizing committee. Application for entry must be made on the official FIM Europe form - included with these regulations. Applications must reach the organizers not later than 1 st of April :00 h. Entry fee is 0 till 1 st of April :00 h, after this date the entry fee is 100 and must be paid not later than 30th of April 2017 in Euros for the Street Freestyle Sport Kft. Participants can pay with cash on the raceway, but it should be noted on the entry form. Entry forms can be accepted after the deadline, but in this case the organizer reserves the right to collect entry fee of 100. In addition, by the rider/team request the Organizer can provide electric power connection for an Electricity fee of 50 for providing single phase 230 volts, 16 amps will be charged to the competitor. If competitor wishing to upgrade to 3 phase 400 volt/16 amps must request this on the entry form and

3 will be charged an additional fee of 80. If not requested in advance on the entry form an additional fee will be charged at the event. 10. TECHNICAL CONTROLS No rider or machine is permitted onto the strip unless he/it has passed the technical control, which will be held according to the following schedule: Saturday 29 th of May Sunday 30 th May FREE PRACTICE AND QUALIFICATION Free practice Saturday 29 th of April Qualification 1 Quarter & Semi-final (Compulsory program + Best trick): Sunday 30 th of April Qualification 2: - Final (Freestyle 1 minutes warm up, 5 minutes freestyle performance) 12. REFUELING Monday 1 st of May Refueling must be done only in the DEPO area with the highest care. Disposing of oil and fuel leftovers must be deposited at a special place designated for that purpose. Non-observance may result the disqualification from the event. 13. PADDOCK SILENCE AND SPEED LIMIT Paddock silence (no competition engines running) must be respected between and every night. Speed limit in the paddock 10 km/h. Non-observance of any one of these rules may result in disqualification from the event. 14. PUBLICITY The organizer reserves the rights to display publicity on the machines in accordance with article of the FIM Europe Sporting Code. 16. PRIZES Accordingly to the FIM-E RR in the European Street Freestyle Cup the first 6 rider will get a Trophy and a Certificate. 17. PRIZE GIVING A prize giving ceremony will take place at the drag strip soonest after the expiration of the protest time on Monday 1st May PROTESTS All protests must be made in accordance with the requirements of the FIM Europe Disciplinary and Arbitration Code and be accompanied by a fee of Euro 130. Appeal fee for a Jury decisions INSURANCE By endorsing the application form for entry, the FMN of the rider certifies that the rider is insured in accordance with the FIM Europe requirements. Third party insurance in respect of riders covering accidents occurring during the meeting including qualifications will be the responsibility of the

4 organizer. The organizer disclaims all responsibility for damage to a motorcycle, its accessories and components arising out of an accident, fire or other cases. 20. RENUNCIATION OF ANY RECOURSE AGAINST SPORTING AUTHORITIES Apart from the requirements of the FIM Europe Sporting code, riders by participating, renounce all rights of appeal against the organizer, his representatives or agents by arbitration or before a tribunal or any other manner not foreseen by the FIM Europe Sporting Code for damages for which they could be liable in consequence of all acts or commissions on the part of the organizer, his officials, representatives or agents in the application of these regulations or contributed to or arising out of their actions. 21. 6 DECLARATION I, the undersigned, apply to enter the event described above and enclose the appropriate fee and in consideration thereof:- 1) I hereby declare that I have had the opportunity to read and understand the National Sporting Code of the MAMS, the MAMS Standing Regulations, these Supplementary Regulations and this Entry Form and agree to be bound by them. 2) I further declare that I am physically and mentally fit to take part in the event and am competent to do so. 3) I confirm that I understand the nature and type of events and the risk inherent with the sport and agree to accept the same notwithstanding that such risks may involve negligence on the part of the organisers/officials. 4) I confirm that if any part of the event takes place on a public highway, the machine(s) described below shall be insured as required by the Road Traffic Acts, or equivalent legislation, and that it/they will comply with the regulations in respect thereof. 5) I confirm that the machine(s) as described below which I compete on shall be suitable and proper for the purpose. Acknowledgement of the risks of motorsport: I understand that by taking part in this event I am exposed to a risk of death, becomeming permanently disabled or suffering some other serious injury and I acknowledge that even in the event that negligence on the part of the MAMS, the promoter, the organising club, the venue owner, or any individual carrying out duties on their behalf were to be a contributory cause of any serious injury I may suffer, the dominant cause of any serious injury will always be my voluntary decision to take part in a high risk activity. I have read the above and acknowledge that my participation in motorsport is entirely at my own risk. 7 Dear Racer, We are writing to you to ask for your help. As most of you know we have a limited area for pitting of your vehicle and we normally have to squeeze everybody in and make best of what we have. It is therefore essential that you give us your exact width and length dimensions so we can try to plan it as properly as possible, please make the effort to measure your combination so that you can give us the exact measurements, if possible we would like to receive a drawing from you. We will not guarantee a wider pit space than 5 meters and that will include your awning. Those of you who have a wider combination will not be able to use your awning at Kunmadaras Raceway and we advise you to make contact with us a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event to see if we can sort something out. For those of you that don t return this form completed in time a space of 2.5 metres wide in total will be allocated. Thank you for your help.
