1 2017 Vintage Motocross TT track day Nepean Raceway 112 Rickards Rd Castlereagh Aug 20 ABOUT THE CIRCUIT The Nepean Raceway track is a classic dirt track (short Circuit) venue established many decades ago. We will be using the newest variant licenced only last year. The layout is an original TT layout utilising the sweeping flat corners of the Flat Track circuit and a variation of the straights which take in some small jumps to mimic the TT courses of American fame. ONLINE ENTRIES ARE NOW OPEN. PLEASE ENTER ONLINE Pre-entries close midnight Wednesday Aug 16. The committee requests all riders pre-enter online and pay by credit card or PayPal. If for some reason, you are unable to attend a refund is available. This enables us to plan the best meeting possible to suit the mix of riders entered and significantly reduces workload. The program is set based on pre-entry numbers. The online entry form can be accessed through the Heaven VMX Inc website on any computer, and most smart phones. Payment via PayPal. 2 EVENT DETAILS Recreational Riding format This meeting is an opportunity for Heaven VMX members and friends to be one of the first groups to utilise the new Nepean TT circuit. This is a combination of Dirt Track and small jumps. Normally Dirt Track tyres would be needed but Heaven VMX has been offered the chance to try this exciting form of riding without the added expense and trouble of tyre changes. Knobby tyres front and rear are OK for Pre90 and earlier bikes. Marshalling Marshals will be provided Riding gear Normal MX helmet & riding gear is OK the only special requirement being a back protector. The type fitted to most MX body armour is acceptable. Unfortunately you cannot ride without a back protector. SATURDAY June pm - Gates open for camping Saturday night. - Come and enjoy a camp fire and a night with your club mates SUNDAY June 25 No bikes to be started before 10am 8.30am - Sign on at the race desk 9:30am 10:00am - Riders Brief - Circuit opens for track time - 15min sessions will rotate through periods and capacities 3.50pm - Track Closed Bikes to be shut down by 4pm Facilities There are toilets and hot showers at the circuit Camping is available Canteen will be operating for breakfast & lunch on Sunday Fuel is available at Richmond and Cranbrook

3 VENUE Nepean Raceway 112 Rickards Rd, Castlereagh The Nepean track on Rickards Rd off Castlereagh Rd around halfway between Richmond and Cranbrook. Catering The Nepean club will be running a canteen on Sunday. The township of Ricmond is only a 10 minute drive with many restaurants and pubs available for evening meals.
