2 General Rules & Conditions Please Read Carefully. 1. Competitors and spectators attending this show do so at their own risk. 2. All classes run under ESNZ rules, horses DO NOT have to be registered with ESNZ as this is not a graded show. All riders have to be registered as a community member (free) or be a financial member of ESNZ. 3. Please note: DNZ T&D levy This is paid to Dressage New Zealand (for the Training & Development of NZ Riders - $3.00 per test included in your per test fee). 4. The committee reserves the right to alter and/or cancel the programme or prizes if necessary within ESNZ rules. 5. Both ESNZ bridle numbers must be used (if you have them), if you do not have bridle numbers you are required to use our saddle blanket numbers this also applies to warming up, these can be collected from the office your $5.00 saddle blanket fee must be paid with entry fee is refunded once return to the office) 6. All Tests may be commanded 7. All objections must be lodged with the event secretary in writing within 30 minutes of the completion of the class with a $50 fee. 8. Yards First in first served basis please ensure you leave your yard tidy any damage must be reported to the office 9. Daily rosettes will be available for collection from the office, or other the event from the WEC office, we will not be posting them out. Top score presentations will be held on the last day. 10. Scratchings - Must be notified by phone (before 9pm) prior to the event. During the event, see Christine in the office or phone Refunds will be given at the discretion of Organising Committee, requests must be in writing on our official form (available from Christine or on with SSAE within 7 days of event with a Vet. or Doctors Certificate. 11. Dogs - Must be kept on a lead and away from arenas, warm up areas, the office & scoreboards. 12. All horses on the grounds must be competing. 13. Stamp addressed envelopes will be available from the office for tests to be sent out (cost $1.00), sheets available 30minutes after final score is posted 14. Newcomer section - Riders may stay in this section for the duration of the series even if they received 1-6 th on any of these days. 15. All entries must be on official form below please use one form per day per rider. 16. The show will go ahead rain or shine. 17.
