2 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy Terms of Participation With the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy TOYOTA Motorsport GmbH (TMG) is extending their current customer motorsport activities and offers all TMG-customers the opportunity to participate regardless of the European motorsport series in which they are active with their TMG GT8 race or rally cars.. ORGANISER The 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy is organized by TOYOTA Motorsport GmbH (TMG) subsequently called organiser - Toyota-Allee, 088 Köln.. PARTICIPATION All drivers, who participate in certain (see point.) national and/or international events with TMG GT8 race or rally cars are entitled to participate in the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy. The proof of a correct participation in a event will be considered as provided if the name of the driver appears in the official final results list of the respective event. The participation has to be registered in advance by sending an to info@tgr-trophy.com. Subsequently, not later than days after the event, all participants are obliged to hand in the official final results list. Otherwise the participant cannot be considered in the point table of the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy. Successes achieved by participants who compete for TMG, TOYOTA or TOYOTA subsidiaries shall not be eligible to score any points in the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy. In case of doubt, TMG as the organiser will make any decisions regarding the eligibility to participate at its own and free discretion. Precondition for the participation in the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy is the written enrolment. The registration requires the official enrolment form to be completely filled out and signed. The form is available on request from the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy Organization or can be downloaded online under After the enrolment form has been examined, the participant will receive a confirmation via . Only when the mail is received, the enrolment is considered to be completed. The registration and participation of minors and legally incompetent persons in the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy is excluded. Multiple registrations are not permitted. Thus there is no possibility of multiple participations. Participation in the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. Participants of the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy will be granted a % discount on all spare parts ordered from TMG. Participation in the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy can be terminated by the participant at any time. To do so it is sufficient to send an to info@tgr-trophy.com in which the desire to terminate the participation is clearly communicated. By registering and participating in the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy, the participant accepts the mandatory branding requirements for all GT8 race and rally cars attached on page of this document. The necessary stickers can be obtained free of charge for all participants by sending an to info@tgrtrophy.com. In addition to the official result, every participant is required to send a picture of the race or rally car including all listed stickers by mail.. RACING & RALLY EVENTS Over the course of the assessment period from 0/0/0 until //0, the results of the participants in the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy will be recorded by sending in the official results achieved at racing or rally events in certain series. 3 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy Terms of Participation CATEGORY T Circuit: h- h races (Europe-wide) Rally: 99km 0km (Europe-wide) CATEGORY T Circuit: <h races (Europe-wide) Rally: <0km (Europe-wide) The organiser reserves the right to change the list of the race distances and/or rally lengths eligible for points at any time and without stating reasons if there is a need to adapt them in terms of equal.. SCORING Relevant for the scoring is the participant s position in the respective class in which he/she competes with a TMG GT8 race or rally car. In case there is no division into different classes in the official final results, the overall classification of the official final results will be considered. Rally events are handled separately - the number of starting cars from the categories R and R are combined into one class. Subsequently, the evaluation is based on the total number of starters from these two categories and the competitors finishing position within that class. The race distances and rally lengths mentioned under point. are divided into the categories T, T and T. According to these categories points for the places to will be awarded. Full points are awarded if or more vehicles compete in the respective classes/in the respective overall classification. If the number of competing vehicles is smaller, the amount of points to be awarded will be reduced accordingly. If a participant starts in multiple classes at an event, only the result providing the highest number of points will be taken into account. Each participant has to score in at least classified events. In case the participant competes in more than events per assessment period, only the best results will be considered for the scoring. If the participant scores points in less than events per assessment period, he won t be considered in the point table. The following rule-of-thumb applies: A driver can only score once per event. Points cannot be accumulated.. 4 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy Terms of Participation The organiser reserves the right to amend the aforementioned scoring schemes for the categories T, T and T at any time and without stating reasons. The aim of this measure is to guarantee equal opportunities among the participants and to be able to take into account possible changes in the weighting of series and events. For events which include two or more runs in the course of a race or rally weekend, all runs, without exception, will be considered for the scoring. In the course of the assessment period the participant s results eligible for points, as far as being able to be clearly identified on the basis of the official final results lists and handed in by the participant, will be registered by the organiser. The resulting points will be added up and available for the participant to be viewed online under A maximum of the best results will be considered for the overall scoring. The points table of all participants at the end of the assessment period determines the final result of the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy.. PRIZES The champion of the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy will be the participant reaching the highest total score of the season. The three best-placed drivers receive the following prizes according to their score: PRIZES PLACE EUR + TOYOTA C-HR * EUR EUR * provided by TOYOTA Germany. PRIZE-MONEY DISTRIBUTION If two or more drivers are equal on points, the driver will be ranked higher, who has more wins, more second places etc. in the individual events. If the drivers have achieved identical rankings, the decision will be made by the respective category, in which the highest number of points has been received (Order of priority:. T,. T,. T). If there still is a tie, the respective amounts of prize money will be added and equally distributed among the drivers. The prizes will exclusively be awarded to the drivers personally at the official TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy wards ceremony. Trophies will not be sent. The participant will bear any costs incurred to him in regard to his participation in the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy and his competitions in the events. Furthermore, the organiser does not bear any liability for the participant s journey to and from the events as well as the annual awards ceremony.. TAXES In case that participants within the framework of the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy become eligible to receive prize money, the prize money will be paid out following deduction of all applicable taxes, fees or other charges, which have to be withheld by TMG due to legal regulations and paid to responsible tax authorities. The parties will on their own responsibility take care of the observance of all fiscal obligations and duties resulting from their TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy engagement. Should any loss, damage or any other disadvantage to either party arise from a breach of the other party s obligations or responsibilities under this clause, then the party which is responsible for such loss, damage or any other disadvantage shall fully indemnify the other party. The organiser will not accept any liability for any health damage that may result from the participation in or the visit of a motorsports event. Furthermore, does the organiser not assume any liability for faults in the registration process, which may be caused by mistakes, delays or disruptions in the transmission of data, breakdowns of the technical equipment and service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, or viruses.. COPYRIGHTS With the registration for the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy the participant agrees that TMG respectively TOYOTA have image and film recordings made of the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy events or the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy awards ceremony. The participant grants TMG and TOYOTA the right, unlimited by time or space, to edit the captured pictures and videos taken of the participant and to use them for general reporting and public relations work as well as for advertising purposes, exhibition posters, invitations, exhibitions, e-cards, screensavers, calendars as well as catalogues and books etc. if applicable. TMG is obliged to obtain any appropriate rights of the championship organiser themselves. 8. DATA PROTECTION TMG will process and use the personal data provided during enrollment as well as the data resulting from the participation in the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy for the purposes of customer contact and support as well as for the individual creation and dispatch of product information. Unless consent of the participant is required, TMG will also use the provided address for advertising purposes for its own similar products, information and services. The participant may at any time object to the use of his data and the use of his address for advertising purposes by sending an to info@tgr-trophy.com. The TMG privacy policy can be found on the website how TMG deals with the data of the participant and for what purposes and on which legal basis the data is processed. 9. EXCLUSION OF A PARTICIPANT A participant, who registers with incorrect data or acts in other ways contrary to the terms of participation, can be excluded from the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy by the organiser. The same applies to participants, who make use of any illegitimate means of help or try to benefit in any other way through manipulation.. MISCELLANEOUS The organiser expects fair sportsmanship from the participants and responsible behaviour during the communication, especially in social networks. Any conduct that has a negative effect on the brand TMG respectively TOYOTA may result in an exclusion from the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy scoring. If a participant wants to have an accessible individual result to be corrected, he or she may send the organiser a request via to info@tgr-trophy.com. The respective results will then again be examined. Precondition for the examination of a recorded result is the submission of an official final result of the respective racing or rally event. Corrections can only be submitted to the organiser in the way mentioned above until the end of the assessment period. After that change requests can no longer be considered. For the avoidance of doubt, this applies even in the case of an event result being changed by the organiser, if that change is applied after the end of the assessment period. All decisions and interpretations concerning the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy are a matter solely for the organiser. The organiser has the right to cancel the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy at any time, without prior notice, or exclude individual events from the scoring. The participants in this case are not entitled to claim for compensation. There is no right of recourse to common courts and/or a sporting authority in connection with the 0 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy is excluded. Any subsidies and benefits discussed in these terms of participation represent the voluntary recognition of the sportive achievements of the TMG customers. No obligation can be derived from them. Should individual clauses of these terms of participation become invalid, the validity of the remaining contract shall not be affected. There is no legal right of appeal.
