3 Eastern Region of Victoria s GT Track Attack 2006 GENERAL INFORMATION Conditions of Entry 1. BMXA rules at apply plus special Eastern Region of Victoria invitational GT Track Attack 2006 conditions of entry. 2. Eastern Region of Victoria s GT Track Attack 2006 event is a series of 6 race meetings. 3. Age Determination - Year of Birth, ie Age at 31 December All meetings are pre-entry meetings no entries on the day except by special and generous consideration by the Entry Officials of the day and strictly only into classes constituted at close of regular entries. 5. Riders must register (including showing current BMXA licence) at each meeting by the advertised time. Any riders who fail to register may be deleted from the moto sheets for that meeting. 6. No refunds without a medical certificate. 7. Three (3) riders constitute a class. 8. For the purpose of eligibility for Bruiser Cruiser class, a Pro Rider is defined as any person who enters the A or AA pro class at any round of Track Attack Meeting formats - 3 motos and 4 th motos/finals deadman finals for semis. 10. Series Trophies for challenge, cruiser & sprocket rocket class riders who have entered ALL 6 meetings. 11. A Series Trophy is available for purchase for those who have not entered all 6 meetings. 12. Bonus points towards the Bonus Pool will be given to Money & Voucher Classes at the 6 meetings Qualification for the Bonus Pool will be based on points awarded for motos 1 to 3 only at the 6 rounds as follows: 5 points for entering the event plus 12 points for 1 st, 10 points for 2 nd, 8 points for 3 rd, 6 points for 4 th, 4 points for 5 th, 3 points for 6 th, 2 points for 7 th, 1 point for 8 th. 13. Bonus Pool split All Money Classes The Bonus Pool will be split among the top 8 riders in each Class as follows - 1 st 33%, 2 nd 23%, 3 rd - 14%, 4 th 8%, 5 th 7%, 6 th 6%, 7 th 5%, 8 th 4%. 14. Team trophies to winning team $30 entry fee per team. Minimum of 6 teams. Teams can be either State, Club or Family and Composite teams. Refer to the GT Track Attack Team Entry Forms for conditions of entry. 15. Challenge Class and Cruiser series awards: To qualify for a series award, riders must compete in the same class for all six rounds. Riders will be automatically scored in any class(es) they enter: Where classes are merged due to low entry numbers, riders will be scored for the series in the class which they entered (not the merged class). Points for the series awards are recorded from the first three motos at each meeting using the following points scheme: 10 points for 1 st, 8 points for 2 nd, 6 points for 3 rd, 5 points for 4 th, 4 points for 5 th, 3 points for 6 th, 2 points for 7 th, 1 point for 8 th, plus 3 bonus points for each round at which they compete. Any ties will determined by count-back. To gain series points on wet days, riders must have entered, registered and ridden at least the first moto. If racing is washed out, points will count from completed motos and maximum points allocated from the remaining moto(s). Injured riders who have entered, paid and produce a Doctors certificate will receive bonus points for the relevant rounds.

A Men - Prize Purse = $400 per race meeting Entry Fee $23.00 per meeting. Minimum $320 Top 8 bonus pool Voucher - Prize Purse = $300 per race meeting Minimum $200 Top 8 bonus pool Entry Fee $20.00 per meeting years Voucher Prize Purse = $200 per race meeting Minimum $80 Top 8 bonus pool Entry fee $17.00 per meeting. (Male & female riders are eligible for Top 8 riders) 8-10 years Voucher Prize Purse = $100 per race meeting Minimum $40 Top 8 bonus pool Entry fee $14.00 per meeting. (Male & female riders are eligible for Top 8 riders) Bruiser Cruiser Class - Prize Purse = $130 per race meeting Entry Fee $17.00 per meeting Only 30+year riders eligible No Pro riders Minimum $80 Top 8 bonus pool (Male & female riders are eligible for Top 8 riders.) Sprocket Classes 7 years and under Entry fee $9.00 per meeting. In accordance with BMXA rules, Sprockets must ride 7 Sprocket class until their 8 th birthday, then they must ride 8 boys/girls Challenge Class. Any riders who turn 8 during the series will be scored as an 8 year old for series points, and credited with 3 points (only no points moto results) for each round they ride as a Sprocket. Challenge Classes All classes 8 to 19+ years, and 20 to 29, 30 to 39 and 40+ years Entry fee $12per meeting. Cruiser Classes All classes 8 to 19+ years, and 20 to 29, 30 to 39 and 40+ years Entry fee $12per meeting.. Entry Fee discounts - Family and Multiple Entries Sprocket, Challenge and Challenge Cruiser classes entries may be discounted under the following rules: Where a family has 3 or more riders in age, sprocket and/or cruiser classes at any round, the 3 rd and subsequent riders may pay half price for one of these classes each, at that round. Where a rider enters two non-money classes at any round, the entry fee for one class may be reduced by $2.00 for that round. Entries in money classes do not count in the number of family members for discounts. (But if a rider enters a money class and a Challenge class say age cruiser the Challenge class entry does count)
