(1OT) Kansas City Chiefs , CBS SUPER BOWL LIII PREVIEW Our prediction of what will happen at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sunday February 3rd when the Los Angeles Rams take on the New England Patriots is below. This stat is similar to back when Babe Ruth played. When Babe Ruth hit his 500th home run, no other player had even hit 300 career home runs yet or that Ruth out homered entire teams in some seasons. Well, Tom Brady will start his 9th career Super Bowl vs the Rams. No other FRANCHISE has made it more than 8 Super Bowls! On paper this looks like another close Super Bowl. The Rams have a very balanced attack. Jared Goff is an accurate quarterback and can make every throw. Todd Gurley and CJ Anderson provide power at the running back position and they both can catch the ball on screen passes as well. Aaron Donald will lead the Rams defense and his ability to pressure Tom Brady will be very important in this game. Obviously Tom Brady is very important for the Patriots. Even though he didn t LOS ANGELES RAMS (15-3) Sept OAKLAND Sept 16 vs ARIZONA Sept 23 vs LA CHARGERS Sept 27 vs MINNESOTA Oct SEATTLE Oct DENVER Oct SAN FRANCISCO Oct 28 vs GREEN BAY Nov NEW ORLEANS Nov 11 vs SEATTLE Nov 19 vs KANSAS CITY Nov 25 vs Open Date Dec DETROIT Dec CHICAGO Dec 16 vs PHILADELPHIA Dec ARIZONA Dec 30 vs SAN FRANCISCO Jan 6 vs Playoff Bye Jan 12 vs DALLAS Jan NEW ORLEANS have as great of a regular season as he did in 2017, he s still very good and he seems to take his game up a level in the post season. Rob Gronkowski looks like he is finally healthy and was a huge factor in the AFC Championship Game vs Kansas City. Julian Edelman is also a clutch player for the New England offense but in our opinion, running backs James White and Sony Michel will be the two key players in this game. The Patriots MUST be able to run the ball against this Los Angeles Rams defense because if they can t, guys like Aaron Donald and Ndamukong Suh could make life miserable for Tom Brady.
