7 GRADES 24/7/365 You are a student athlete Student first Must be pass5 classes 1 st semester in order to be eligible Your effort in the classroom now, will pay off later! Your education will open SO MANY more doors to your future than lacrosse will!! Coaches are still in contact with your teachers in the off season, we know who is not getting the job done in the classroom.
8 COMMUNICATION 24/7/365 Communication is key for a successful program First and second communications should come from PLAYER to COACH It is never too early to communicate, don t wait until it has become an issue or problem It s never too small or silly of a question When registering, please be as accurate as possible with your addresses!
9 OFF SEASON OPEN GYMS We will be taking attendance at open gyms, but attendance is not mandatory. You should try to attend as many open gyms as possible. They are meant for your benefit and to improve your skills. The coaching staff s expectations are that you attend every open gym that you can. We will be out there, and we will be watching. Take pride in teaching and learning from your teammates during the off season. A State Championship does not happen overnight or without the hard work in the off season!
