2 Rules & Regulations You must be 2 years of age or older to purchase a calendar. Each calendar is $00, which enters the purchaser into the drawing for firearm each week for 52 weeks from July, 208 through June 30, 209. Each calendar has two numbers on it between The Texas Lottery Pick 3 Numbers drawn each Wednesday at 0 a.m. will be used to determine the winner of the prize for that respective week. This ensures that there will only be winner per week. If for any reason the Texas Lottery Pick 3 ends, the numbers will be drawn at random on the same calendar dates. Because the winning raffle numbers are based on Texas Lotto Pick 3, it is possible for the same number to be selected more than once during the 52-week period of the contest. The drawing will start the first Wednesday after July st. If all of the calendars/numbers have not been sold, and an unsold number is selected, then the Chamber will be deemed the winner. All winners of firearms must fill out the ATF Form 4473 and pass the NICS background check before receiving a firearm through this raffle. If the winner fails the NICS background check they will forfeit the prize awarded. Winners assume all responsibility of the firearm once they have passed the NICS background check and received the firearm. All firearms with be distributed in compliance with all federal, state and local laws by one of the following: o Armed in America Firearms 3002 US Hwy 28 North, Bulverde, TX 7863 (20) o Dawson s Doubles CALL FOR APPT. (20) The Chamber of Commerce will attempt to contact the winner by phone twice and by mail once utilizing the information provided on the Calendar stub when purchased. The winner s names will be listed on the Bulverde Spring Branch Area Chamber of Commerce website and Facebook page if you check yes as the option on this calendar. Winners must claim their prize within 60 days or the prize will be donated back to the Bulverde Spring Branch Area Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber of Commerce will notify you which firearms dealer is providing the firearm for each week. If the winner chooses to have the firearm shipped to another FFL dealer, the winner will incur the expense of the transfer and the shipping cost. Prizes are subject to manufacturers inventory and will be substituted with a product of the same value in the event that a product is not available. The Bulverde Spring Branch Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to change any types, models, calibers, etc. of the prizes if need be due to availability, law or regulation changes, or any other matters outside the control of the Chamber of Commerce. Calendars and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
