Virginia Tech vs. Clemson Game Notes Page 2 The Series vs. Clemson This is the 17th meeting between the Hokies and the Tigers and Virginia Tech leads the all-time series, The series began in 1925, with Tech winning in Clemson, The teams only played twice between 1925 and 1965 Tech won the last meeting, 75-74, in overtime in Clemson on Feb Tech leads the series, 6-1, in Cassell Colisem, including a win last season... The Hokies lead the ACC series, Seth Greenberg is 2-1 against the Tigers. Hold That Tiger Virginia Tech has played three ACC games against Clemson and the outcome of each game went down to the buzzer, and in one case, beyond... Tech won its first ACC game on Jan. 15, 2005, when Carlos Dixon stole a Clemson pass and dunked in the game winning bucket with 6.9 seconds remaining to give Tech a victory... The second game was won by Clemson on a dunk at the buzzer by Sharrod Ford, giving the Tigers a home win... A replay showed the dunk had occurred prior to the final horn... In this season s first meeting at Clemson, Zabian Dowdell hit a three-pointer with 4.9 seconds remaining in regulation to send the game to overtime, where the Hokies fought off a couple of Tiger shots in the final seconds for Tech s overtime win. Keeping It Close The largest margin of defeat for the Hokies this season is a pair of 13-point losses, one at current #9/8 Ohio State and one in Blacksburg to current #1/1 Duke... Tech is one of just three ACC schools that have not been defeated by at least 15 points in a game...duke and North Carolina are the other two. Getting Better at the Line Coleman Collins is shooting 67.7% from the free throw line this season... That improves to 73.8% from the line in ACC games... Over the last four games, Collins is 14 of 17 from the line, for 82.4%. Margin of Victory Virginia Tech s victory against Florida State on Saturday night is the Hokies second-largest margin of victory in their two seasons of ACC play... Only Tech s victory over Miami last season was by a greater margin. Setting a New Mark In the win at Clemson, the Hokies recorded a total of 21 steals in the contest... The 21 steals breaks the old school record of 19 steals, set on three different occasions, most recently on Nov. 29, 1999 in a home win over UNC Asheville... The previous high for the Hokies in an ACC game was 14, set in last season s home win over Clemson on Jan. 15, Against Clemson, Zabian Dowdell led the Hokies with five steals, the third time in the last nine games that he has tied his career-high in steals. The Art of the Take-Away In the loss to #21/18 NC State last Saturday, Jamon Gordon recorded a new season team-high with six steals... Last season, Gordon had a seven-steal game and a six-steal game... He now has five career games with six or more steals... The six steals in the NC State game is his high in conference action and ties Carlos Dixon s school record for steals in an ACC game by a Hokie... His career high is eight steals against William & Mary in his freshman season. 400 For Zabian In the win over Florida State, Zabian Dowdell scored his 400th point of the season... He is the first Hokie to score 400 points-or-more in consecutive seasons since Bryant Matthews pulled off the feat in the and seasons. There s No Defense For This In the last five games, Virginia Tech s opponents are shooting 68 of 82 from the free throw line, good for 82.9%... In the last four games, Tech s opponents are (80.6%), up from Tech s opponents average of 72.8% this season. By the Slighest of Margins The three-game run the Hokies were in earlier this month of one-point games was the first time since March 22-25, 1973, that the Hokies had played three consecutive one-point games... Those previous three games came in the final three games (all victories) of the 1973 NIT, when Tech defeated Notre Dame, 92-91, in overtime in Madison Square Garden to win the championship... The Hokies have played four one-point games this season and this is the first time since season that Tech has played four one-point games in a single season... The game that broke the one-point game streak was an overtime loss at Virginia. Bursting at the Seams In the win over Florida State, the Hokies broke last season s all-time attendance mark of 150, This season, Tech has distributed 156,126 tickets... Last year s mark surpassed the all-time season attendance mark in the season of 122, Tech is averaging 9,758 at home this season. Even More Junior post player Coleman Collins has already scored 352 points this season, 34 points more than his career high of 318 points last season as a sophomore... His 28 blocked shots this season surpasses his previous high of 25 blocked shots last season... He is shooting 52.4% from the field this season, higher than his previous high of 47.3% as a freshman... This despite missing four games to personal reasons. Take Care, Jamon In the last 11 games, Jamon Gordon has 47 assists and 28 turnovers. Working Overtime The win at Clemson was the Hokies first overtime game of the season and first-ever in an ACC game The Hokies followed that with the overtime loss at Virginia... Prior to the Clemson game, Tech s last overtime game was a loss to Old Dominion in Cassell Coliseum on Dec. 4, Tech is now 1-2 in overtime games under Seth Greenberg... Tech s previous conference overtime game was a loss at Villanova in the season, when Tech was a member of the BIG EAST Conference This was the first time since Jan. 2 and 7, 1993 that the Hokies have played back-to-back overtime games and the first time since Jan. 16 and 19, 1960, that the Hokies have played backto-back road overtime games. A New High Jamon Gordon s 16 rebounds in the win at Clemson is a new career-high for the guard, surpassing his old high of 14 at Wake Forest on Jan It is the most rebounds by a Hokie since Coleman Collins had 18 rebounds in the win over #7/8 Duke on Feb. 17, 2005 in Cassell Coliseum... A check of Virginia Tech records shows that the last guard with more than 16 rebounds was Bucky Keller, who had 21 points and 17 rebounds against Richmond on Dec. 7, 1960 in War Memorial Hall.

Virginia Tech vs. Clemson Game Notes Page 3 Coleman, Zabian & Jamon Strong In the Middle Coleman Collins is rapidly becoming one of the top big men in the Atlantic Coast Conference... The 6-9 junior post player from Stone Mountain, Ga., entered the season averaging 10.2 points and 5.5 rebounds per game... Following his 13-point effort in the win over Florida State, Collins is averaging team-highs with 15.3 points and 7.0 rebounds per game this season... His Coleman Collins career averages have risen to 11.8 points and 6.0 rebounds per game... Collins did not have a career double-double until his 14 point/18 rebound performance in the win over #7 Duke on Feb. 17, Since that game, he has registered 10 doubledoubles in the last 29 games that he has played... Last season, following surgery to remove a quarter-sized cyst from his left foot on Dec. 12, Collins averaged 12.2 points and 8.0 rebounds per game, up from his pre-surgery average of 8.3 points and 3.9 rebounds per game... Beginning with his 18 rebounds in the win over #7 Duke on Feb. 17, he has grabbed 234 rebounds in the 30 games in which he has played. Coleman Collins set a then career-best with 22 points in the loss to Bowling Green and tied his career-high with five blocks in the same game... He set a new career-high with 25 points in the loss at #1 Duke and bettered that with 32 points in the win at James Madison. Jamon Gordon is fifth in career assists and sixth in career steals at Virginia Tech. Coleman Collins has never fouled out of a game at Virginia Tech. Jamon Gordon recorded his first career double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds in the win over Western Carolina and has added three more double-doubles since then... He is the only current Hokie with career double-figure highs in points, rebounds and assists. Scoring Up a Storm Zabian Dowdell caught fire for the Hokies during the ACC slate and hasn t cooled off since... Dowdell scored double figures in all 16 ACC regular season conference games and averaged 16.2 points per game in league play... He extended the double figure ACC game streak earlier this season, when he scored 15 points in the loss at #1 Duke... The fewest points he has scored in a conference regular season game was the 11 points he scored in the win over #7 Duke last season, but his three-point field goal in the final 16 seconds was the winning margin for the Hokies... He had four 20-+ point performances in league games last year and registered his career-high of 23 points in the win at Miami... He is the only Hokie that has played for Tech since 2000 to score at least 300 points in each of his first two seasons... Dowdell had extended his regular season doublefigure scoring streak to 24 straight games, hitting double figures in the first 10 games this season, before being held to nine points in the win against Stanford... For calendar 2005, Dowdell averaged 15.6 points per game in the 29 games he played. Coleman Collins recorded consecutive double-doubles with 14 points and 14 rebounds in both the win over Morgan State and the loss at Ohio State. He matched that feat with consecutive doubledoubles in the wins over Stanford and William & Mary. Important Numbers Here are some important numbers on the Tech juniors to keep in mind as we go through the season. Coleman Collins Points Rebounds Assists Steals Blocked Shots Zabian Dowdell Points... 1,148 Rebounds Assists Steals Blocked Shots Jamon Gordon Points Rebounds Assists Steals Blocked Shots Tech s Very Own Robin Hood Jamon Gordon has become quite accomplished at taking from the opponent and giving to the Hokies in his two-plus seasons in Blacksburg... The junior guard led the BIG EAST Conference in steals as a freshman and was second in steals as a sophomore in his inaugural season in the Atlantic Coast Conference... Last season, Gordon was seventh in the ACC in assists and led the Hokies with 120 assists... Only Anthony Harris of Miami had more assists last season among returning players and Gordon is the leader among returning players in steals... Gordon was seventh in assist/turnover ratio and is third among ACC returners this season in that catagory... Last season, Gordon had eight games of six-or-more assists and nine games of four-or-more steals... He is currently sixth in career steals at Virginia Tech and, in the win over Georgia Tech, moved into fifth place in career assists at Virginia Tech. Coleman Collins, Zabian Dowdell and Jamon Gordon currently have 2,863 career points and 1,117 career rebounds.

Virginia Tech vs. Clemson Game Notes Page 4 Missed It By That Much In Virginia Tech s 10 conference losses this season, the Hokies have lost by an average of 6.0 points per game... Tech s overall average margin of defeat is 5.9 points per game. Picking Up the Pace Entering the Georgia Tech game, freshman A.D. Vassallo had 12 assists in the first 20 games of the season... In the following six games, Vassallo surpassed that total with 14 assists... He had a career-high seven assists in the overtime loss at Virginia... He enters tonight s game with 26 assists. One of The Best When looking at the total game, Jamon Gordon has become, perhaps, the most complete player in the ACC... The junior guard from Jacksonville, Fla., has had a seven-game stretch that few have seen from a point guard in the ACC... Beginning with the Hokies win at Wake Forest, Gordon is averaging 14.3 points, 7.1 rebounds, 3.1 steals and 3.9 assists per game... He has two doubledoubles, both on the road in that span and has individual road game totals of 14 rebounds at Wake Forest and 16 rebounds at Clemson In the overtime loss at Virginia, Gordon set a new careerhigh with 24 points... Add to that, he has more steals (26) than turnovers (19) over that time. Vassallo Earns Second ACC Award Virginia Tech freshman forward A.D. Vassallo was named the ACC Rookie of the Week for the second consecutive week on Feb Vassallo scored 13 points in the win over Georgia Tech and 14 points in the loss to #15 Boston College... Vassallo is the first Hokie to earn ACC Rookie of the Week honors from the Atlantic Coast Sports Media Association since Tech joined the league before last season... The last Hokie to earn conference rookie of the week honors was Coleman Collins in 2004, when the Hokies were members of the BIG EAST Conference. Hitting the Mark Seth Greenberg won his 250th game as a collegiate head coach in the Hokies win over North Carolina A&T on Dec Greenberg has a career record of (.550) in 16 seasons as a collegiate head coach and he is (.523) in three seasons at Virginia Tech. Cleaning the Glass Virginia Tech grabbed 40 rebounds in the win at Wake Forest... It was the Hokies third-highest total of the season and the highest of the season in an ACC game... Wake Forest led the ACC in rebounding margin and defensive rebounds and Virginia Tech was 12th in rebounding margin entering the contest... Tech also grabbed 40 rebounds in the loss to #21/18 NC State. Kings of Our Cassell Virginia Tech was 13-3 last season in Cassell Coliseum and was 11-4 in Seth Greenberg s first year at the helm of the Hokies... The combined 24 home victories was the most in a two-year span for Tech since the and seasons, when Tech won 24 games combined... With its 10 wins at home this season, the 34 home wins for Tech in the last three seasons is the most in three consecutive seasons since Tech had 34 wins in the , and season... The last time Tech had more than 34 wins in the consecutive seasons was 36 wins in the , and seasons. Jamon s Grand Game In his post-game comments following the Hokies win at Wake Forest, head coach Seth Greenberg spoke of Jamon Gordon s will to win... Gordon registered his signature game in the win... Gordon scored 21 points for his sixth career 20-plus point game as a Hokie and set a then career-high with 14 rebounds... Add in his three steals, three assists and two blocked shots, and it is obvious his influence on the outcome of the contest... One thing that was not in the final box score was the fact that Gordon also, at times, was matched up with Wake s 6-11 center, Kyle Visser in man-to-man defense... In the win over Georgia Tech, Gordon proved that scoring was not the only source of value to a team... Although he only scored three points, Gordon led the Hokies with seven assists, while committing only one turnover... He also led the Hokies with six rebounds in his 30 minutes of action. Defending Our Cassell The Hokies are now 10-6 in Cassell Coliseum this season... The win over Florida State guarantees the Hokies will have a winning record in the arena this season... In its 44 previous seasons in Cassell Coliseum, Tech has had just one break-even home season and one losing season. A Road High The 76 points Virginia Tech scored in the win at Wake Forest is the most points by the Hokies in a road ACC game... The total is the third-highest point total by the Hokies in any ACC game. What A.D. Did On the surface, A.D. Vassallo s 29- point, 10 rebound performance in the win at Wake Forest was quite remarkable... But upon further study, it becomes even more exceptional... The 29 points is the most by a Virginia Tech freshman since Dale Solomon scored 33 points on Dec. 16, 1978 at Old Dominion... Take into account that time frame includes the freshman seasons of Dell Curry, Bimbo Coles, Bryant Matthews, Bobby Beecher, Carlos Dixon and the three juniors on this season s team... The last time a freshman scored 29-or-more points in an ACC game was Chris Paul of Wake Forest, who scored 30 points against Maryland in the 2004 ACC Tournament... Tyler Hansbrough of North Carolina has since surpassed Vassallo s total of 29 points in a game. Welcome Back, Deron Starting forward Deron Washington returned from his one game suspension in the win over Georgia Tech and picked up his share of the load in the win... Washington, the Hokies tallest starter in the game at 6-7, scored 21 points, including the game-winning free throw in the final second of action... He also led the Hokies with six rebounds... Washington played 35 minutes in the game... The 21 points is Washington s career-high in an ACC game, bettering his previous mark of 14 points... It is also his second-highest point total of the season. Close Calls The Hokies are 4-10 in the ACC this season and have been close at the end of eight of the 10 losses... The 10 losses, five on the road and five at home, are by a total of 60 points, or 6.0 points per loss... The 13-point loss to #2 Duke is the largest margin in conference action this season... In Virginia Tech s 13 losses this season, the average margin of defeat is 5.9 points per loss, including the 13-point loss at Ohio State.

Virginia Tech vs. Clemson Game Notes Page 5 Collins Returns Coleman Collins returned to the Hokies for the Boston College game... The junior post player had missed the previous two games to be with his ailing father... He scored seven points and grabbed a team-high seven rebounds in 27 minutes of action off the bench for the Hokies against the Eagles... In the win at Clemson, Collins scored 16 points off the bench for the Hokies and he had six points in the overtime loss at Virginia... Collins made his first start since returning in the loss to #21/18 NC State, recording his seventh double-double of the season, just five days after his father passed away on Monday morning... Collins left immediately following the NC State game and returned to Georgia for his father s memorial service, but rejoined the team in Miami... Collins scored 10 points off the bench for the Hokies in the loss at Miami and returned to the starting line-up in the home win over Florida State, scoring 13 points. Taking Better Care During Virginia Tech s last nine games, the Hokies have forced their opponents into 145 turnovers, while committing just 93 turnovers... In those nine games, Tech has committed doubledigit turnovers in just four games... In the wins at Wake Forest and at home over Georgia Tech, the Hokies were outrebounded, 79-66, and outshot from the field in both games... Tech forced more turnovers in the second half of the Wake Forest and Georgia Tech (19) than the Hokies committed in the entirity of both of those games (16). Keeping the Score Down Virginia Tech allowed Western Carolina just 40 points in the game on Nov That is the lowest point total the Hokies have allowed an opponent under Seth Greenberg... The previous low was the 49 points allowed to New Hampshire in Greenberg s first game as the Hokie head coach and the 49 points allowed to West Virginia in Cassell Coliseum near the end of the season... The last time Tech held an opponent to 40-or-fewer points in a game was a win over South Florida on Feb. 19, 1994 in Tampa (That was prior to Greenberg taking the head coaching job at USF)... The 54 points Tech scored in winning the WCU game is the fewest for Tech in a victory since that West Virginia game, when Tech defeated WVU, on Feb. 28, Krabbendam, Vinson Out Virginia Tech will play the remainder of the season without a pair of injured players... Sophomore center Robert Krabbendam and freshman forward Terrance Vinson will both seek medical redshirts this season... Krabbendam has not played this season following knee surgery and Vinson has been unable to practice or play since early December due to a back injury. Small Streaks Virginia Tech has had two, four-game winning streaks this season, the third straight season that has happened... Tech had not had a single season with two, four-game streaks since the season... That was the final season of the last time Tech had won four straight twice in a season for three consecutive seasons. Short-Handed in Winston-Salem Virginia Tech was without the services of three regulars for the win at Wake Forest... Starting center Coleman Collins returned home to be with his ailing father, starting forward Deron Washington was suspended for the game and guard Shawn Harris was attending the funeral of his grandmother... The game was the first game Washington has not started since arriving at Virginia Tech last season... Also, center Robert Krabbendam and forward Terrance Vinson are redshirting this season due to injurues... The Hokies dressed just six scholarship players, plus walk-on Chris Tucker and walk-ons Marcus Travis and Bob Ritchie. More About Tech vs. the Best The loss at #1 Duke was Tech s first game of the season against a nationallyranked team and Tech is 0-6 against nationally-ranked teams this season... With wins at #12/15 Georgia Tech and at home over #7/8 Duke, Virginia Tech was 2-4 against nationally-ranked teams last season... Tech is 3-14 against nationallyranked teams under Seth Greenberg... Three of Virginia Tech s eight conference losses a year ago were to teams ranked in the top 10 in the national polls, as well two of its six conference losses this season... Tech was 2-3 against ranked ACC teams last season... Virginia Tech was a combined 5-4 against teams in the NIT... Combined with the Hokies 4-5 record against teams in the NCAA Tournament, the Hokies were 9-9 against teams in the post-season last year. 16 Virginia Tech vs. Clemson Game Notes Page 16 Head Coach Seth Greenberg After a first s e a s o n t h a t s aw him guide V i r g i n i a Tech to new heights in its quest to re-establish its place a m o n g collegiate basketball s elite and a second season that surpassed even the first year, Seth Greenberg is in his third season as the head coach of the Hokies. As promising as the season was, no one could expect the successes that the Hokies enjoyed this past year. Tech finished the season overall and 8-8 in league play. The Hokies finished the regular season in fourth place in the league and earned a first-round bye in the ACC tournament. The Hokies also earned their first post-season bid since 1996, advancing to the second round of the NIT. Greenberg earned his first major honor at Virginia Tech in 2005, as he was named the ACC Coach of theyear by the Atlantic Coast Sports Media Association. He was the fourth Hokie honored by the group for the team s play during Hokies inaugural ACC season. Zabian Dowdell was honorable mention All-ACC, Deron Washington was named to the ACC All- Freshman team and Jamon Gordon was named to the ACC Defensive team. He was also named the Coach of the Year in the Commonwealth of Virginia by the Richmond Times-Dispatch. A new era in Virginia Tech men s basketball began on April 3, 2003, as the Hokies introduced Greenberg as their 27th head coach. A proven program builder, an admired and innovative tactician and an experienced recruiter, Greenberg guides a Tech program that made tremendous strides in his first season and saw even more improvement this past season, its first in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Since coming to Virginia Tech, Coach Greenberg has been a tireless worker on behalf of the men s basketball program, Virginia Tech Director of Athletics Jim Weaver said. His ability to communicate with his players has seen them play very hard for forty minutes and produce results which have excited the Hokie Nation. I am proud that Seth is our head coach and believe our program is in very capable hands and headed in the right direction. Optimism was high as Greenberg began his tenure at Tech, but his first season in Blacksburg turned out, possibly, better than anyone could have hoped for. The Hokies played well throughout the season, despite being limited by injuries. And, most importantly, the team improved consistently throughout the year. The aggressive, up-tempo style that Greenberg installed in his first season with the Hokies has seen immediate dividends and has brought a renewed sense of excitement to Cassell Coliseum, as well as to the Hokie Nation. The Hokies led the BIG EAST Conference in steals, turnover margin and assist/turnover ratio in and led the ACC in turnover margin in When the team needed to step up, it did. The Hokies finished the season strong and with a overall record and a best-ever 7-9 BIG EAST mark. The Hokies entered the BIG EAST Tournament as the eighth seed and defeated Rutgers, 61-58, in the first round before falling in the quarterfinals to nationallyranked Pittsburgh. Tech finished the regular season winning its last three games and last five home games. Picked to finish last in the league in the coaches preseason poll, the Hokies finished the regular season in eighth place. A proven recruiter, Greenberg has captured the excitement of the pending ACC move and continues to sign top recruiting classes. Perhaps the biggest influences seen in the program have been the work ethic and attention to detail that Greenberg and his staff have instilled. And when speaking of hard work, the principle begins at the top, Greenberg himself. Long hours of watching film, instructing players and program development, along with tireless work in promoting the program and university and being involved in the community have made Greenberg a popular face on the Blacksburg campus and in the Hokie Nation. Greenberg came to Virginia Tech from the University of South Florida, where he served as head coach for the previous seven seasons. At USF, Greenberg had a record of Prior to USF, Greenberg was the head coach at Long Beach State University, where his overall record was An important side note is that, following his initial seasons at LBSU, USF and Virginia Tech, Greenberg compiled a record at the three schools, enteringthe season. During his time at Long Beach and USF, Greenberg s teams posted impressive records against major conference opponents. Included during his Long Beach State tenure were wins over four nationally ranked teams, including a victory against then-no. 1 Kansas at Allen Fieldhouse in At South Florida, his teams were 2-0 against Ohio State, had two wins over Texas, and won at Pittsburgh during the Panthers run to the Sweet 16 in the season. The Bulls defeated eventual Final Four team Wisconsin in the season. At South Florida, Greenberg led the Bulls to two NIT appearances and victories in Conference USA play against nationallyranked opponents. the Bulls defeated BIG EAST member Providence and NCAA Tournament participants Memphis and East Tennessee State, plus NIT participants St. Louis and DePaul in his final season at USF. The Bulls led C-USA in field goal percentage defense, allowing opponents just 39.9 percent from the floor. USF was among the conference leaders in threepoint defense, blocked shots and steals. The Bulls also had the C-USA individual leader in assists. In just his second season at Virginia Tech, Greenberg has led the Hokies to a win at #12 Georgia Tech and a victory against #7 Duke in Cassell Coliseum. A 1978 graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson, Greenberg was a four-year letterwinner under head coach Al Lobalbo. His father, the late Ralph Greenberg, played at Long Island University under coaching legend Clair Bee, one of college basketball s alltime winningest coaches. Greenberg began his coaching career as an assistant at Columbia in He moved to Pittsburgh two years later where he made two trips to the NCAA Tournament in three years with the Panthers. He then spent the season at Virginia,

Virginia Tech vs. Clemson Game Notes Page 17 Head Coach Seth Greenberg helping the Cavs reach the Final Four before moving on to Miami as an assistant under future Virginia Tech head coach Bill Foster. There, he helped revive a program that had been dormant for a number of years. Greenberg first went to Long Beach as associate head coach under Joe Harrington and, three years later, replaced Harrington when he accepted the head coaching position at Colorado. In his six seasons at LBSU, Greenberg led the 49ers to two NCAA Tournament appearances and one NIT appearance. He led LBSU to two Big West Conference championships and one Big West regular season title. While at LBSU, the 49ers defeated four nationally ranked teams. Greenberg also tutored two current NBA players Bryon Russell (Utah), and Lucious Harris (New Jersey) and former NBA player Juaquin Hawkins. When confronted by the destruction of Hurricane Katrina, Greenberg knew he had to get involved. Greenberg is serving as the chairman of the organizing committee of AllCoachesCare. com, a major on-line sports auction that is raising money for Habitat for Humanity and their efforts in helping to rebuild the Gulf Coast area. Working tirelessly, Greenberg helped the group acquire goods and services for the auction and also spent countless hours speaking on television, radio and to media members getting the word out about the auction. In the summer of 2004, Greenberg received a lofty honor, when he was inducted into the Five Star Basketball Camp s Hall of Fame. The honor, shared by some of the greatest coaches like Rick Pitino and Hubie Brown, was bestowed for the many years that Greenberg has been a part of the nation s top summer basketball camp, as an instuctor and guest speaker. Known as one of the more insightful and knowledgable coaches in the college game, Greenberg served as an analyst for College Sports Television s coverage of the NCAA Tournament each of the last two seasons and worked with Fox Sports Radio on their NCAA coverage. He is often a guest on national, regional and local sports talk shows, incuding ESPN Radio and the Jim Rome Show. Greenberg and his wife, Karen, are the parents of three daughters, Paige, 17, Ella, 14, and Jacqueline, 10. He is active in a number of organizations and causes, including the Great American Teach-In, the American Heart Association, Coaches vs. Cancer and the Boys and Girls Club.
