Each delegation is composed of no more then 17 persons for each team 12 players, 2 coaches, 1 referee (no referee taxes), 2 persons of staffs. 5. Your teams can arrive on Wednesday, August 24th 2011 not before the lunch. Please send us number of person and duty of these persons (players, coaches, head of delegation, physiotherapist and referee) in the delegation, your contact person and time of your arrival as soon as possible. 6. Departure of your delegations will be on Monday, August 29th 2011 after breakfast or on Sunday, August 28th 2011 after closing ceremony/dinner.

The teams Spain (boys and girls), Israel (girls) and Slovenia (boy and girls) will be accommodated in: Hotel SLOVENJ GRADEC, address: Glavni trg 43, 2380 Slovenj Gradec teams Croatia (boys and girls), Italy (girls), Estonia (boy and girls), Montenegro (boys) and FYROM (boys) will be accommodated in: HOTEL LUKA Kope, address:razborca 65, Kope which is 15 kilometers from Slovenj Gradec. 8. The games will take place in two halls in Slovenj Gradec (Gymnasium Slovenj Gradec and Sport s Hall, with wooden floor). The ball that is going to be used is Spalding (for girls ball size 6, for boys size 7). 9. Identification of players by passports. 10. Technical meeting will be on Wednesday, August 24th. Information about the hour and other details will be given at your arrival. 11. This tournament will be played in following rules: in 1 st quarter play 5 players + 1 substitution (team A) in 2 nd quarter play another 5 players + 1 substitution (team B) in 3 rd and 4 th quarter no limit each team must to have at least 10 players and no more then 12 recommendation each player could play at least 10 minutes on each game no zone defensive.
