Paris, TX The North Lamar Athletic Booster Club was host to a Sports Banquet on Tuesday, May 16 in the North Lamar High School gym. North Lamar Athletic Director Aaron Emeyabbi welcomed all athletes, coaches, parents, and guests. NLABC president Carla Spann introduced the officers. Kristin Fendley and Dana Matter will serve as the booster club as co-presidents. Liz Exum and Desiree Menchaca will serve as vice-president, Michella Parker as secretary, Shannon Stephens as treasurer, Jodie Ingram as PR/Social Media and Jason Stephens as liaison. Coaches of each sport recognized outstanding athletes. Coach Emeyabbi presented the top overall awards, the Fighting Panther and Fighting Pantherette, to North Lamar standouts who contributed to their teams, demonstrated exemplary
3 character, and excelled in academics. Deserving recipient of the Fighting Panther Award was Sam Cowling. The Fighting Pantherette Award went to Bailee Nickerson. Team awards were presented to the star athletes by head coaches.
