11 GRIZZLIES HEAD COACH, TONY BARONE Tony Barone Sr. took over as e Grizzlies interim head coach on December 28, 2006, his first head coaching stint in e NBA. He served as e head coach at Texas A&M from 1991 rough 1998, wi his 1994 team playing in e NIT Tournament. While at Texas A&M, Barone was selected Souwestern Conference Coach of e Year.
