The pitch is made from the hip using both hands to pitch the ball towards the A Slot. As you shift the ball to the slot shift your weight to your left foot. The pitch is made on your left foot. Pitch technique- Hip to Heart= the pitch is flat and firm to the A Slot. No sping or flicking of the football. - Alignment- Heels at 3 1/2 to 4 yds off of the football. On the snap ake dive to the 4 hole. Stress the motion of receiving a hand off. This will set up future plays off of the Rocket Motion. A Slot- Leave on 2 and sprint towards the heels of the. Your aim point is ½ yd behind the heels. You should be directly behind the when the ball is snapped.stay parrell to the LOS. You should receive the ball just outside the B Slot s outside leg. The Q takes a 6 jab step towards the Play side G. The Q will then turn his back directly towards the LOS. It is the Q responsibility to get the football to the slot. After the handoff, fake the handoff to the, then boot in the opposite direction.

8 - At the snap the must hit the 2 hole. There should be no daylight between the and the A-Slot. A Slot- On set you must run full speed towards the Q. Q takes a flat 6 jab step left towards the left guard with his left foot. The Q will pivot his body 180 so that his back is towards the LOS.
