3 Meter Zero Confirmation Day Friday June hrs- 1700hrs You should have your rifle zeroed at 100 meters (and as far as possible too 600M!) and at least, com-ups(elevation) for M. You will have 10 minutes at each range, and 5 minutes to move & set up for the next range. Time fly s so be prepared. Please let us know if you are attending AM or PM Zero Walk-Back or both. However, there will be two-hundred (200) SP/Rings Targets available at $3 each or two (2) for $5 for Zero Day, money will go towards paying for Targets. 4 STAGE 1 "COLD BORE" 1) Range - 600M 3) Rounds - 1 4) Exposure second exposure per team 5) Target - Stryker /5D 10"x14" 6) Procedure - Teams (Relay 1&2) will shoot their individual targets together, Relay 1 on left 2'x 4' foam of target bay. Relay 2 or Right 2'x 4' foam of same (team) target number. No sighting shots. Your shot will be indicated with a proper size orange shot marker. Stage will be repeated for Relay 3&4. Relay # 3 0n left # 4 on right. 7) Scoring - 100pts for inner triangle, 75pts for outer box, 25pts for rest of body area, brim of hat does not count, nor does white paper! 8) Points P a g e
5 STAGE 2 "MOVER" 1) Range - 600M 3) Rounds ) Exposure - 8 seconds each 5) Target - Ser. No. T1 18"x30" 6) Procedure - One Shooter, with the assistance of their spotter will engage 20 moving targets of 8 seconds each as they move across the length of a target bay 7) Scoring - 10pts = Inner, 5pts = Outer. 6 STAGE 3 "NUT CHECK" 1) Range - 600M 3) Rounds ) Exposure - 1 ten (10) minute for each relay 5) Target - Stryker /4A 10" x 14" &/or Stryker Front 16" x 28" 6) Procedure - One Shooter with the assistance of a spotter will engage one or both targets any way or order they like until they are done or time is up. There will be one target on each 2' x 4' foam of a target bay frame. 7) Scoring - Stryker /4A 10" x 14". 20pts = Inner triangle, 15pts = Outer box, 10pts = body. White paper does not count. 8) Points Stryker Front 16" x 28". 10pts = Inner, 2pts for all of body including gun. White paper does not count. 6 P a g e
7 STAGE 4 CHOICES" 1) Range - 500M 3) Rounds - 15 per shooter, 30 for team 4) Exposure minute for each 2-man team 5) Target - No. V/C/03 Ascending circles 22" x 35" 6) Procedure - Relays 1&2 will shoot together, one half of target will be on each 2' x 4' foam target frame per bay. Each shooter can fire a maximum of 15 rounds at their target, however only 10 are required to score. Relay 1 Left, Relay 2 Right. you can shoot at the same time, or spot for each other, as you have 1 10-minute exposure. Stage will be repeated for Relay 3&4 7) Scoring - Circle 1&10 = 10pts Circle 2&9 = 8pts Circle 3&8 = 5pts Circle 4&7 = 3pts Circle 5&6 = 1pt Only your 10 best will count for score individually, 20 best for team. 8) Points individuals, 200 team 7 P a g e
8 STAGE 5 "GET SOME" 1) Range - 500M 3) Rounds - 10 each, 20 total 4) Exposure - 1 thirty (30) second per team 5) Target - Sil/ " x 35" 6) Procedure - Relay 1 left, Relay 2 Right. 2 Targets will appear, one on left 2' x 4' & one on right 2' x 4' foam target frame, you have 30 seconds to each shoot 10rds. 7) Scoring - A zone = 10pts B zone = 8pts C zone = 5pts D zone = 2pts - B&D zone hits have to break inner line to score 8) Points Individual, 200 team 8 P a g e
9 STAGE 6 "TOGETHER NOW" 1) Range - 400M 3) Rounds - 10 each teammate, 20 total 4) Exposure - 3 seconds each 5) Target - No. SP/1B 10" x 14" 6) Procedure - 2 targets appear, one left (Relay #1), one right (Relay #2) on the 2 x 4 foam target frames. You have 3 seconds to both shoot your target. Stage will be repeated for relays 3&4. 7) Scoring - 10pts = Inner 3pts = Outer - Exposed barrel & white paper does not count. 8) Points Individual, Team P a g e
10 STAGE 7 "TARGET SPECIFIC" TRGN-5 TRGN-6 1) Range - 400M 3) Rounds - 15 per shooter 30 per Team 4) Exposure - 5 secs each 5) Target - 1 of 6 or 8 TRGN-5 & TRGN-6 coroplas faces. 11" x 11" 6) Procedure - Relay 1 left & 2 right, Team will each have 1-6 bad guys on each 2'x 4' foam target frame. You will each have 1 assigned bad guy at the start of the day. The targets will be moved around the board each exposure, only hits on the assigned target count. we will explain in more depth if needed in morning briefing. Stage will be repeated for Relay 3&4 7) Scoring - 10pts = Inner score line 0pts = Outside line 8) Points Individual, 300 Team 10 P a g e
11 STAGE 8 "IN SYNC" 1) Range - 400M 3) Rounds - 12 per shooter 24 per team 4) Exposure - 8 seconds each 5) Target - No. 8/C/03 #1-6 8" circles 22" x 35" 6) Procedure - RO will call one number from 1 through 6, target will appear on 4' x 4' center foam, both teammates will engage called number with 2 rounds each, for a total of 4 rds per team per exposure. RO will continue to call a different number for each exposure, until all 6 have been called. You should have 4 holes in all 6 circles if all went well. 7) Scoring - 4 hits = 25pts 3 hits =10pts 2 hits = 5pts 1 hit = 0pts 8) Points Individual 300 team 11 P a g e
12 STAGE 8.1 Optional $5 per team - 50/50 Top team gets half other half goes towards this year s targets fund. "SWIFT/SILENT/DEADLY" 1) Range - 600M 3) Rounds - 10 per shooter / 20 team 4) Exposure - 10 steel plates, time to be determined 5) Target " steel plates 6) Procedure - 2-man team will start on road way, may have team work to accomplish swiftly. Then if not wet, crawl silently up to your deadly shooting position. Rifles & gear will be pre-staged. Shot timers will record time. Stopwatches will keep overall time & cadence. 7) Scoring - Best time/ most steel plates/ least amount of ammo 12 P a g e
13 STAGE 9 "100CB" 1) Range - 100M 3) Rounds - 1 per teammate 4) Exposure - 30 seconds 5) Target - V-Bull Cadet CBS Bullseye 8.5" x 11" 6) Procedure - Relay 1 Left, Relay 2 Right. Targets will appear on the 2' x 4 foam target frame, one on each side. Both shooters will shoot in the same 30 second exposure. Shot will be indicated with orange shot marker. 7) Scoring - Bullseye = 100pts 9 ring = 90pts out to ring 6 = 60pts 8) Points P a g e
14 STAGE 10 "DOTS OF DOOM" 1) Range - 100M 3) Rounds - 10 per shooter 4) Exposure - 90 seconds 5) Target - V-Bull Precision Dots 8.5" x 11" 6) Procedure - Relay 1&2 will shoot within the same exposure time. #1 left #2 right at 2' x 4' foam on frame. You will shoot at any ten (10) ¾ diameter dots in a row you like, shot must break outer ring to score. Stage will be repeated for Relay 3&4. 7) Scoring - 10pts for each 3/4 dot hit, miss one and its zero! Get all 10 in 90 seconds, and you will get 50 bonus points! 8) Points Maybe! :) 14 P a g e
15 STAGE 11 "SEQUENTIAL" 1) Range - 100M 2) Position - low prone through port 3) Rounds ) Exposure - 3minute per relay 5) Target - 6/D/03 #1-32 diamonds 22.5" x 35" 6) Procedure - Relay 1 with the assistance of their spotter, will engage target on 4' x 4' foam frame, with 15 rounds at 15 predesignated numbers, from 1-32, in sequence. Example: number set is ; you have to shoot it in that order. If you miss one number in the order, scoring stops at the last number hit in order. Example: 1-20 were hit in sequence, but you missed 25 then hit 26&27, score would be 120 out of 150. However, if you missed once then hit 25 with second shot & proceeded to 26 then score would be 140, Because you have used your ammo allotment of 15 rds you are unable to shoot 27. Stage will repeat for relay2,3&4 7) Scoring - 10 per hit. Shot must break line of correct number half of diamond. You can miss, as long as you shoot until the right number is hit in order, before you move on to the next number. Example: you miss #1 twice, then third shot is a hit, you hit all others in order, score= 130 out of 150. There should be only 15 rnds on each target, you may be penalized if there are more. 8) Points P a g e
16 STAGE 12 POP TART" 1) Range - 100M 2) Position - Off roof top 3) Rounds ) Exposure - 3 seconds each 5) Target - SP/2A 10" x 14" 6) Procedure - With the assistance of your spotter. Target will pop up on a stick anywhere within your bay. Stage will repeat for relay 2,3&4. 7) Scoring - Ring 1-4 = 25pts Outside ring 4-7 = 10pts Remaining body = 5pts White paper = 0pts - Must break line to score higher value 8) Points P a g e
17 STAGE 13 "ME & MY SHADOW" 1) Range - 200M 2) Position - prone 3) Rounds ) Exposure - 3seconds each 5) Target - Sil/Hostage 22" x 35" 6) Procedure - Relay 1 with assistance from there spotter will engage target on 4'x4' center foam frame. Stage will repeat for relay 2,3&4. 7) Scoring - 10pts per hit on bad guy - Each miss is a 10% reduction - Each hit on Hostage equals a 25% reduction in score - 4 or more hits on hostage will equal a 0 score. 8) Points P a g e
18 STAGE 14 "POP EYE" 1) Range - 200M 2) Position - prone 3) Rounds - 10 per shooter 20 per team 4) Exposure - 3 Seconds each 5) Target - SP/5C 10" x 14" 6) Procedure - Relay 1, left 2' x 4' foam, Relay 2 right side 2' x 4' foam of same target bay frame, there will be one target on each foamy. Targets appear for 3 seconds, both shooters engage their own targets within the exposure time. Stage will Repeat for relay 3&4 7) Scoring - 10pts = Inner 2pts = Outer Shot has to hit body too count - hat brim & white paper does not count. 8) Points - 100pts Individual 200pts Team 18 P a g e
19 STAGE 15 "DOUBLE TAP" 1) Range - 300M 3) Rounds - 10 per shooter 20 per team 4) Exposure - 5 seconds each 5) Target - CR " x 35" 6) Procedure - One target will appear on center 4'x4' foam frame. Relay 1 engages left head, Relay 2 engages right head, within same exposure time. Only head shots count. 7) Scoring - 10pts per hit on bad girls - 10% reduction for a miss - A hit on the hostage equals 25% reduction of score - 4 or more hits on hostage equals 0 score. 8) Points - 100pts Individual 200pts Team 19 P a g e
20 STAGE 16 "ON MY COMMAND /AGONY" 1) Range - 300M 3) Rounds - 15 per shooter 30 team 4) Exposure - 3 seconds after command. 5) Target - IPSC with 3 bull at top 6) Procedure - Relay 1 left 2'x4' foam Relay 2 right 2' x 4' foam. Each relay will have their own target. Targets will appear, only on the RO's Command will you fire. if you shoot before command, you will be Disqualified from the firing line and receive a 0 score.
