1 FANTASY FOOTBALL RULES 1.0 LEAGUE STRUCTURE The league will consist of one eight-team division. The division will be set up according to draft position. Six teams can make it to the playoffs but only first four final positions are money spots. Positions are final in the seventeenth week of the season. The entrance fee for each team is forty dollars. The draft night will be scheduled accordingly. Weekly updates and monthly rosters are distributed at the discretion of the Commissioner. 2.0 SCHEDULE A predetermined schedule of fourteen weeks is presented at the draft. The draft order will determine who plays whom each week in the schedule. 2.1 Everyone plays each team twice during the course of the fantasy regular season. 2.2 The eight teams will play a fourteen-week regular season schedule. Six teams will make it to the playoffs at the end of the year based on the first six teams in the standings. Week fifteen will be the first playoff round which will consist of 3rd place playing 6th place & 4th place playing 5th place (places 1 & 2 have Bye week); the teams that win advance into the playoffs while the teams that lose are eliminated. Week sixteen will consist of 1st place playing (lowest seed) place & 2nd place playing (2nd lowest seed). Week seventeen consists of the Week 16 winners who will play in the Superbowl (1st & 2nd place in overall standings) and the Week 16 losers will play for 3rd & 4th place (overall standings). 2.3 Beware of the bye weeks, especially when drafting, so you can present a full starting line up every week of the season. 3.0 DRAFTING On a date to be determined, the Commissioner will schedule a meeting to draft teams. The draft rules are as follows: 3.1 Each team must draft a team that consists of the following: (3) Quarterbacks - QB (4) Running Backs - RB (4) Wide Receivers - WR (2) Tight Ends - TE (2) Kickers - K 3.2 The draft position will proceed as follows: the teams will pick in a predetermined order 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 in the first round and then in the reverse order 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 in the next round. The draft will continue in this way until all rosters are completely filled.

2 4.0 ROSTER CHANGES All fifteen positions must be maintained throughout the season. Changes can be made in the following ways: Note: Transactions are not final until Commissioner says so. All transactions must go through the Commissioner. 4.1 Free agency - any player not on a roster is considered a free agent and can be claimed on first come first serve basis. If you claim a free agent you must drop a player on your roster to keep the integrity of your team consistent with section Free agent moves must be done by Wednesday at 8:00 PM in order to use that player for the next weeks games. Any player after Wednesday must wait one week to start player If more than one team want the same free agent pick up within a two-day span bidding will be appropriate at the discretion of the Commissioner. Bidding must be done in one-dollar increments Free agent transactions are $1.00 per move (player) Free agent transactions are permanent and are not legal unless the dropped played in that specific position is given. Contrary situations are at the discretion of the Commissioner The free agent pickup deadline is Week Trades - Any team within the league can make trades. You are responsible for keeping a full roster in accordance with section 3.1. Note: Trades are effective immediately Trades are $2.50 for each party involved in the transaction The trade deadline is Week Injured Reserve (IR) - If a player is going to miss a game or more they can be replaced with a free agent No charge for IR s. Note: If you choose to keep the IR over the injured player it now becomes a free agent transaction per section IR s take precedence over free agent pick-ups and shall be governed at the discretion of the Commissioner A suspended, waived, retired, etc... player is not considered an injured player and has to be replaced by a free agent (Section 4.1) You have up until game time to replace an injured player Injured players can be replaced up until Week 17.

3 4.3.6 Any player placed on the NFL's injury list is ineligible to return for the rest of the season. Any replacement for such a player becomes a part of your roster and can be used in any transaction according to section STANDINGS Position in which your team fairs against the other seven teams. 5.1 Standings are determined by wins and losses. 5.2 Tie-breakers in the standings are determined as follows: (1) Head-to-head (2) Total points head-to-head (3) Total season points (4) Commissioner discretion Note: If more than one team is involved it may be done by number (3) if the other two ways are not mathematically feasible. 6.0 LINE-UPS Players submitted weekly which include starting line-up and preferred backups. 6.1 The starting line-up will consist of the following: (1) QB (2) RB (2) WR (1) TE (1) K 6.2 The preferred back-ups consist of one player in each position for tiebreaker purposes. Note: Line-ups must be submitted weekly prior to game time. In the event that a line-up is not submitted or late, the previous weeks line-up will apply. 6.3 In the event that a game is played on a Thursday or Saturday it is your responsibility to submit those players (only) to be used in the scoring for that week (up to kickoff).

4 7.0 SCORING The system which is used to determine the winner of each game. Players receive points based on their performance. 7.1 The scoring system consists of the following by position: Position Description Points QB Completions 1 point every 5 completions Passing Yards 1 point every 25 yards Rushing Yards 1 point every 10 yards Passing Touchdowns 3 points every touchdown Rushing Touchdowns 3 points every touchdown RB Rushing Yards 1 point every 10 yards Receiving / Rushing Touchdowns 6 points every touchdown Completions 1 point every 5 completions Passing Yards 1 point every 25 yards Passing Touchdown 3 points every passing touchdown WR Rushing Yards 1 point every 10 yards Receiving / Rushing Touchdowns 6 points every touchdown Completions 1 point every 5 completions Passing Yards 1 point every 25 yards Passing Touchdown 3 points every passing touchdown TE Rushing Yards 1 point every 10 yards Receiving / Rushing Touchdowns 6 points every touchdown K Receiving/ Rushing/ Passing TDs 6 points every touchdown Two Point Conversion (pass/rush) Field Goals Kicked Extra Points Kicked 2 points every 2-point conversion 3 points for 1-39 yard field goals 4 points for yard field goals 5 points for over 49 yard field goals 1 point every extra point * Occurrences out of the ordinary (scoring) will be at the discretion of the Commissioner. 7.2 If scoring is tied between two teams using their starters then the winner is determined by preferred backups. If preferred backups are tied then the winner is determined by next set of backups (by order of roster in which drafted in). If last set of backups are tied then the winner is determined by highest scoring 1 st round draft pick. If 1 st round draft picks are tied then the winner is determined by 2 nd round draft picks and so on and so forth. If all possibilities are a tie then the game is declared a tie.

5 8.0 EXPENSES 8.1 Each team will pay an entrance fee of $ Fees will be paid at the discretion of the Commissioner. 8.2 Each free agent transaction will be $1.00 in accordance with section If bidding is necessary, according to 4.1.2, it is to be done in $1.00 increments, of course, starting at $ Each trade transaction will be $2.50 in accordance with section IR s are free in accordance with section Prize fund to be determined before the draft on draft day and is to be agreed on by the majority of the team owners. If necessary, the Commissioner is the deciding factor. 9.0 TRANSACTION FUND Accumulation of all transaction fees (section 4.0) during the course of the fantasy football season. 9.1 Transaction Fund is won on the game played in the 17 th Week (Superbowl Game). The fund is won by the highest scoring 1 st round draft pick in that particular game. If teams end up in a tie then the winner is determined by 2 nd round draft picks and so on and so forth until a winner is declared. If all possibilities are a tie then the game declared a tie and the winners split the pot. Note: Only players that are tied advance to break the tie. 9.2 If during the season you trade your 1 st round draft pick and do not receive a 1 st round draft pick, you forfeit your right to the transaction fund. The person who receives your 1 st round draft pick has two possibilities to win the transaction fund. 9.3 If your 1 st round draft pick is injured then you use the points from your 2 nd round draft pick and so on and so forth. If your entire team is injured then you use the points from your IR for your first round draft pick and so on and so forth.

6 10.0 DISTRIBUTION All money is to be distributed at the meeting at the end of the year. The meeting will take place at a designated area during the NFC & AFC championship on Sunday. The designated area is at the discretion of the Commissioner. Superbowl Champion will receive $130. Runner-Up will receive $90. Third Place will receive $60. Fourth Place will receive $40.
