Fox leads the team with 75 appearances, and earned his second-career start on Nov. 20 in Bowling Green s overtime win over Lake Erie. The senior went 4-for-5 from three-point land versus Lake Erie to finish with 2 points. A three-point specialist, Fox is a 39.0 percent three-point shooter for his career, and 54 of his 84 career field goal attempts have come beyond the long line. In 207-8, Fox is averaging 7.8 minutes, 4.2 points,.5 assists and.4 rebounds. Fox has 5 assists this season. In 206-7, while playing every game, Fox racked up 7 assists.

9 PAGE 9 GAME (DEC. 9 AT OLD DOMINION) ANOTHER DAY AT THE OFFICE FOR DEMAJEO Last time out, junior forward Demajeo Wiggins recorded rebounds, four points and a season-high three assists against Evansville. The sophomore s rebounds marked his third double-digit rebounding effort in In the Falcons most-recent win at Norfolk State, Wiggins scored 8 points on an efficient 8-for-0 shooting night. He also had seven rebounds. Wiggins posted the second double-double of his career in BGSU s win over San Jose State. He racked up 7 points, 2 rebounds, and a career-high four steals. Last season, Wiggins registered a team-high six double-doubles. Through the first 0 games of 207-8, Wiggins is averaging 3.9 points and a team-high 8.2 rebounds, while shooting 55.7 percent from the field and 70.7 percent from the charity stripe. In BG s win over Lake Erie, the junior went 8-for-5 from the floor, 9-for-2 from the free throw line, and scored a career-high 25 points. In BGSU s win versus USC Upstate, he notched the first double-double of 207-8, as he registered 20 points and 2 rebounds. He went 8-for-3 from the floor. The consecutive 20-point games for Wiggins were the first back-to-back 20-point games of his career. CAN T KEEP UP WITH KOCH Freshman forward Derek Koch scored points on 4-of-6 shooting versus Evansville. Koch has now scored 0-plus points in three games this season. Koch continues to show off his versatility. After scoring 4 points versus San Jose State, the freshman pitched in a career-high four assists at Norfolk State, while also adding four points and eight rebounds. The forward registered his 4 points on 4-of-8 shooting in the victory over San Jose State. He also added four rebounds, and tied his career high with 29 minutes played. He went 6-for-6 from the free throw line. Koch has notched multiple assists in five games this season, and is currently averaging.5 assists per contest. The 6-foot-9 big man recorded 5 points, 4 rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal versus South Dakota. Koch s rebounding total in the contest was especially historic, as he became the first BGSU true freshman since 999 to pull down 4-plus rebounds. On Jan. 23, 999, Len Metala registered 6 rebounds at Anderson Arena in a contest versus Ohio. In BGSU s win over Florida Gulf Coast, the skilled freshman came up one point shy of another double-double, as he posted rebounds and nine points. On the season, Koch is averaging 7.8 points and 6.2 rebounds, while shooting 46.3 percent from the field and 78. percent from the charity stripe. SOPHOMORE SPLASH BROTHERS Sophomore guards Dylan Frye and Rodrick Caldwell have combined to shoot 42.4 percent (45-of-06 from three-point territory in Frye (#DeepFrye) is shooting 43.5 percent (27-of-62), and making 2.7 triples per contest. Those numbers rank th and seventh in the conference, respectively. However, of the 0 players above Frye in three-point percentage, no player has made more triples. No player has attempted more triples, either. Caldwell (#RC3) is shooting 38.0 percent (9-of-50), and hitting.9 three-pointers per game, which ranks 3th in the conference. Frye has 8-career games with multiple three-balls, while Caldwell has 2 games with at least two three-pointers. Last season, Frye shot 40.2 percent (4-of-02) from three-point territory. Caldwell shot 36.3 percent (33-of-9) from distance. Caldwell s numbers, albeit solid, don t show the full story, however, as he started his career with a -for-6 night from the field in the season opener. Cummings scored 2 points against Lake Erie, while hitting the first two triples of his career en route to a 0-point performance at Campbell. Cummings playmaking ability has also been on full display, as he s had at least one assist in every game this season. The freshman is averaging 6.7 minutes, 6. points,.6 assists, and is shooting 57. percent on twopoint field goal attempts. A WELL-ROUNDED LILLARD Although Antwon Lillard s scoring numbers were down from his freshman season, the junior guard increased his outputs in virtually every other statistic, as he clearly became a more versatile and well-rounded player. Lillard pulled down more rebounds in His offensive rebounds were essentially the same (38 as a freshman, and 36 as a sophomore), but Lillard posted 3 more defensive rebounds, and increased his per game rebounding totals from 3.4 to 4.2. Last season, Lillard s playmaking increased tremendously. After posting 2 assists as a freshman, he racked up 45 assists as a sophomore, bumping his season average from 0.6 to.5. Lillard got to the free throw line more last season, and improved his free throw percentage from 62.9 to Additionally, Lillard committed 0 less fouls as a sophomore, while pushing his season block totals into the double digits, as he blocked 2 shots in after picking up nine as a freshman. Lillard made his season debut versus Evansville, scoring six points in minutes. DOING GOOD WORK Sophomore guard Ethan Good, who made his first appearance of the season in BGSU s most-recent game versus Evansville, continues to be a tremendous representative of BGSU, both on and away from the court. Good has one of the highest GPA s in the conference. The chemistry major currently owns a GPA. In July, Good was placed on the Council of Student-Athletes Executive Committee. Only two other MAC student-athletes are on the committee. Good is also a representative on BGSU s We Are One Team (WAT) group. The group uses sport as a forum to create a dialogue between stereotyped groups on campus, including (but not limited to), BGSU Athletics, minority groups, faculty, administration and the general student body. FAMILIAR NON-CONFERENCE COMPETITION In 207-8, Bowling Green faces five non-conference opponents that it competed against during the non-conference schedule. Heading into the year, the Falcons were scheduled to complete home-and-home series with South Dakota, Green Bay, Evansville, San Jose State and Norfolk State. Bowling Green went -4 last season against the five opponents, defeating Norfolk State, while losing to Green Bay in the Bill Frack Tournament, and also falling to South Dakota, Evansville and San Jose State by single digits. This season, in games at the Stroh Center, Bowling Green has beaten San Jose State, and lost to South Dakota and Evansville. The Falcons also beat Norfolk State on the road. (SR) Zack Denny 30 2/4/7
