5 All games will be officiated according to National Federation rules with the following exceptions: All games will be two-20:00 minute halves in length. Running Clock. Clock stops on all timeouts. In the first half clock will only stop in the last minute on free throws. In the second half the clock will stop in the last two minutes on all whistles if the game is within 20 points. 3:00 minute halftime. 6:00 minute warmup. Lopsided Score Rule: The clock will run in the second half if one team is ahead by 40 points or more. The clock will continue to run at that point, regardless of what the score becomes as the game continues. Players are disqualified after six (6) personal fouls. All technical/intentional fouls will result in automatic 2 points and the ball. Dunking is allowed during warm-up periods. The coach s seat belt rule and ejection rule for technical fouls will not be enforced. Each team will be given two (2) full timeouts and (1) 30 second timeout per half. No carry over Jump ball on all tied up balls (No Possession Arrow) First overtime will be 2 minutes (stop clock) in length with each team getting 2 full timeouts. Second overtime will be sudden death with no timeouts. The team on the TOP of the bracket will be the HOME team on the scoreboard and wear light colored uniforms.
