Congratulations to everyone on this year s Mosquito team. I hope that each of you has been able to take some time to look back at how much was accomplished this year. You should all be extremely proud of your 2014 season as each and every one of you pushed yourself hard. To have success in anything you do, a strong team around you is essential. Coaching is no different and this year, I was lucky enough to have 2 experienced coordinators, Matt Valois and Geoff Forsyth, to help build strong fundamentals within our players. In addition, our assistant coaches were committed and passionate about working together and never doubted the path we took. From the first day of winter work-outs, RESPECT was a key message and that continued throughout the year. We asked the players to respect each other, respect the coaches, respect the game, and respect our opponents. We also asked them to respect the commitment and hard work that it takes to be successful in football and in anything you do. Our players embraced this and it showed. The potential of this team was obvious from the first game of the season. We quickly built a reputation throughout the league as a hard-working, tough, well-conditioned, fast football team. Our players didn t rely on reputation and took no game for granted. The more challenges the coaches gave the players, the harder they worked. They developed into a team and worked for each other. It is a great thing for any coach to see. I could not have asked for any more from this group and it was clear that each and every one of the players and staff gave every bit of themselves this year. That is what great football teams do. And that is what we were this year. Our regular season record of 8-0 with an appearance in the A Cup Final was a special accomplishment. I could not have been more proud to be your coach. It was truly a great privilege. As I said in my end of season post-game remarks, win or lose it is always tough to walk away from your team after a season wraps up. Each team is unique in its own way and in some way, it can never be repeated. Now that you have had some time away from the game, make sure to remember everything you accomplished this year. Build on your successes and use any disappointment to motivate yourself to get better. Prepare for next season to give you and your team mates the best chance to succeed. It was an honour to get to know and work with these kids and I look forward to seeing each and every one of them back in 2015: some at Mosquito and some graduating to Peewee. To those moving up, prepare for an even greater challenge, but I know that you are ready. For those returning, you are now veterans and the team will require more from you I know you are ready too. Thank you for your trust, for your support, and for your dedication to our club and to its most valuable assets - the players. Enjoy your time away from the game and prepare for next season. I look forward to seeing all of you players, coaches, and parents - next year. Thank you, Coach Rich Baylin 2

BELL WARRIORS 2014 PLAYER NOTES DEFENSE # 4 Gabriel Poirier (DB): Gabriel joined the Warriors this year for the first time and showed his versatility throughout the season. Due to injuries on both sides of the ball, Gabriel was able to play defence and offence when required, making him a valuable asset for the team. He battled through a tough injury and returned to the lineup in time to help us make a strong push for the playoffs. The coaches look forward to his continued development next season. # 12 Kyle Dasilva (DB): Kyle is one of those players that you want 12 of on the field. Kyle wears his heart on his sleeve. He played corner and made several spectacular plays. He also made plays that may have gone unnoticed to the untrained eye. Kyle took on the responsibility of calling the coverages for the secondary defense. He didn't shy away from tackling opposing players twice his size. He played a smart, controlled game on corner. A pleasure to coach. Thank you for a great season and good luck at Peewee. # 14 Rhys Jensen (DB): Rhys played his first year of football with the Warriors and was a dedicated player. He truly loves the sport and worked hard to learn all facets of the game. He fit in on defence and played in the defensive backfield. He progressed well throughout the year and became more and more comfortable as the season progressed. We look forward to seeing him back as a veteran to take that next step. # 16 Edward Kinsella (DB): Eddie is another player that you love to coach. He started off at receiver, but his ability to read the play and make good tackles placed him as a defensive back. Eddie didn't like wearing long sleeves, even when it got very cold, which showed me what a warrior is. He made some game-saving tackles and he was always in the right place. A pleasure to coach. Thanks for a great year and good luck at Peewee. # 24 Anthony Campbell Harrison (DB): Anthony made a smooth transition from Tyke. He was a solid DB this year and made several amazing open field tackles. Anthony was a pleasure to coach and always does what is asked of him. He wears his heart on his sleeve. We look forward to seeing what he will bring next year as a veteran. Thank you for an amazing year. # 26 Keelor Goffin (DB): Keelor was a graduating player from last year s Tyke team and as a first year Mosquito, he made a good transition to the bigger field. He was a coachable player which helped him learn quickly this year. On defence, he was able to find a home in the defensive backfield where his confidence continued to grow. As a returning veteran, we will be relying on Keelor to play an important role in what will no doubt be another successful year for him. # 34 Andrew Howatt (DB): Andrew played his first year of Mosquito on defense after playing all of his Tyke football on offence. He did an terrific job, switching from running back to corner, with his amazing footwork and speed. Andrew was a pleasure to coach. We can't wait to see what he will bring next year. Thank you for a great year. # 38 Jack Buckley (LB): Sometimes you just have to say "WOW" when you see certain players that just get it. Jack is one of those players that you just sit back, watch, and enjoy. He was always in the right place at the right time. He played mostly outside linebacker, and never gave up on any play. Jack was very hard on himself for missing one tackle in a game. He is a pure tackler, and made 99.9% of the tackles on every kickoff. What impressed us most about Jack was that this was his first year playing football. Wish we could have 12 players like him. Good luck next year at Peewee. Thank you for a wonderful year. 7

# 46 Armando Pascual de la Cruz (LB): In his first year playing football, he did a wonderful job playing both inside and outside linebacker. Armando has amazing speed and closed down some pretty fast running backs. You could move him anywhere on the field, and he would adapt to his role. He was a pleasure to coach and always had a smile on his face. Thank you for a great season. Best of luck next year. # 48 Jacob Smith (S): Jacob saved his best for this year. Jacob is a fiery character, and wears his emotions on his sleeve. He led the DB's in interceptions, nearly scoring on two of those. Jacob played safety all year and doubled as a kicker. He showed a lot of leadership this year. Jacob saved his best tackle for the semi-final game. He came out of nowhere to tackle the opposing team s stud running back for a huge loss. Good luck next year. # 54 Eben Dibula (DL): Eben was the third in a trio of giants, which completed a dream D- line. Convinced to stay on the line, you could see instant results. He forced a lot of ball carriers to run the opposite way when he was in their path. Eben was a captain on defense, D-line and a great kicker. A well-rounded player, Eben was always the first to help out a team mate. The coaching staff was glad to have another year coaching Eben. Thanks for a great year. Good luck at Peewee. # 56 Chris Edouard Williams (DB): Chris started the year at QB but was moved to defense for team balance. He played corner for most of the season, cycling in at linebacker. Chris is a natural athlete with great footwork and speed. He has a real eye for reading the play, which is an important aspect of playing defense. Thank you for a great year. We look forward to your leadership next year. # 64 Dylan Stengel (LB): Dylan played his first year as a Warrior and fit right in with his team mates. His speed and eye for the ball made him a natural fit on defence. He adapted to a number of positions and made big tackles at important times throughout the season. The coaching staff looks forward to having Dylan back next year to continue his development as a key veteran. # 68 Shyreek Phillips (DL): Shyreek, a second year captain, showed a lot of leadership qualities. His brute strength and size allowed a different style of defense than was run in past years. Shyreek played a huge role, as one anchor in an impressive trio of D-Linemen. Having him play nose tackle was one of the reasons for our success this year, as he commanded a double or triple team in some games. A pleasure to coach, he will be missed next year. Good luck at the Peewee level. # 72 Success Chkizie (DL): Success played his first year of football and has all the tools to be a dominant player. His size and dedication for a first year player allowed him to make huge strides this year as a rookie. On the defensive line, he fit right in with the big boys and was able to hold his own as the season progressed. As a returning veteran, Success will be relied upon to be a key player who has the potential to dominate games. # 84 Curtis Brohman (LB): Curtis made a smooth transition from Tyke to Mosquito. Curtis played a number of positions this year on defense and did an admirable job at which ever position he played. No matter where he played, he took the responsibility of that position without question. Thank you for a great season. We look forward to your leadership next year, on and off the field. 8

# 90 Ethan Ryan (DL): Ethan is every coach's dream player. He has size, strength, and skill. What separates Ethan from others is his modesty. Ethan is positive at every practice and game, is a leader on and off the field, and a worthy captain. You can move Ethan to any position on the field and look like a genius. Thank you for one of my most enjoyable seasons as a coach. Good luck next year as a Peewee player. OFFENSE # 3 Joshua Baylin (QB): As a second year player & first year Quarterback, the coaching staff could not be any prouder of this young man. Josh possesses the physical, mental, emotional and instinctive traits that go well beyond the mere ability to pass a football. Exemplifying the Warrior spirit, he never took a play off and led by example in every practice and every game. Watching Josh develop this year was truly an honour and a privilege. His football IQ, instinct and intuition matched with pure athletic ability will serve him well next year in Peewee. # 17 Kyle Doucet (WR): Kyle did a great job moving into every different receiver position on the field. It was just the kind of versatility that every team needs throughout the season. He worked hard on his routes and showed up every practice and game ready to play. It was easy to see that Kyle loved to play football and it showed to his team mates and to all of the coaching staff. # 23 Liam Baglole (SB): Liam played his first year of football this year and nobody would have known it. He has speed and an ability to find the open spot as a receiver. Reliable hands were his trademark and you could not find one play in the playbook that he didn t have memorized at every position. He certainly has a high football IQ. He was able to run out of the back-field or tack on yards after a catch. As a returning player, we look forward to expanding Liam s role on the team next year. # 27 Bryn Jensen (OL): A rookie this season moving up from Tyke, Bryn was a welcome addition to our talented offensive line. Through hard work and dedication, Brynn developed over the season, selflessly sacrificing his body to make key blocks at key times. We look for Bryn to come back hungry and help lead us to victory next year at the Mosquito level. # 33 Duncan Kemp (WR): Duncan had a great first year in Mosquito. On offence he played every receiver position and even played full-back from time to time. Always ready to contribute without question, Duncan played hard for his team mates and loves to compete. He is fearless and exactly the type of player that you want on your side. We are all looking back to having Duncan back for his veteran year in Mosquito. # 35 Andy Carlos Cyusa (WR): Andy s smooth long stride was great to have on offence as a receiver. His long reach allowed him to make all sorts of plays with and without the ball. He also played a key role on special teams returning kicks regularly. He adjusted well to the Mosquito game in his first year and we have no doubt that next year will be a big one for him. # 37 Ethan Morissette (OL): A rookie with drive and talent, Ethan could have played a number of positions this season. Using his hard work ethic, Ethan became a starter on the offensive line. He was a key to our success this season and we are excited to have him back at Mosquito next year where he will be a leader and sure to dominate at any position. # 47 Ewen MacMillan (WR): Ewen developed a reputation as one of the hardest working players on the team and focused on all facets of his game as a receiver. In only his first year of football, he quickly caught on to the team aspect of the game and his great blocking opened up all sorts of long plays for our running game. Extremely coachable and a pleasure to have with us, we look forward to his veteran year in Mosquito next season. 9

# 55 Trey O Brien (RB): As a returning player who dominated in his rookie season, the coaching staff expected a lot from Trey and he did not disappoint. His fierce running and outstanding athleticism kept the opposing coaches up at night trying to figure out ways to stop him. As the season wore on, we had the pleasure of watching Trey s leadership skills begin to match his talent. We have no doubt that Trey will be an impact player as a rookie in Peewee next season. Best of luck and thanks for the great season. # 63 Brandon Graff (OL): Another of our great additions to the Warrior Family, you would have never known that this was Brandon's first year playing football. He possesses the size, intelligence, and drive to be an outstanding football player. Brandon was called upon to take on many responsibilities on the offensive line and was a big part of the success that the team had this year. Brandon has developed all season long and we are excited to watch that continue at the Peewee level next year. Thanks for all your hard work. # 65 Thom Dulmage (OL): A versatile, dominant football player with freakish strength for his age, he is maybe the first offensive lineman in history to also be a 3rd string quarterback. Though he is a gifted receiver when playing tight end, Thom would play Center when it was for the betterment of the team. Thom was the only player on the team to score in every game as he was a very successful PAT kicker. His ability to play so many positions at a very high level will be a huge asset to our Peewee team next season. # 67 Aiden Desmoreaux (OL): Aiden exemplifies the Warrior spirit. A leader and a teammate to all of his peers, Aiden brings 110% effort on every snap, down, practice or game. He is another one of our offensive linemen with rare athletic talent for his age. Though was known for his ability to pull and crush his opponents with a smile on his face, he was the first one to extend his hand and offer to help the other guy up. Aidan is humble and just loves playing football. He is an outstanding young man who possesses all the necessary traits to be an immediate impact player at the Peewee level next season. Best of luck, T-Rex and thank you. # 73 Kai Padamshi (OL): Kai was one of the most athletically dominant offensive lineman at the Mosquito level. Possessing the ability to play a multitude of positions on the line, Kai helped the offence reach a whole other level with his abilities to pull, reach and cross block. It was an absolute pleasure to coach Kai and although we don't want to lose him, we are excited to see what he can do at Peewee. # 75 Daniel Brière (FB): Daniel is an exceptional athlete who exemplifies the Warrior spirit. A true leader who runs hard, hits hard, plays hard and wins hard. Daniel's outstanding work ethic made him one of our most valuable players, a character trait that will serve him well next year in Peewee. Daniel got stronger and stronger as the season went on. Confident and tough he set the tone for the offence all season long. Thank you for your hard work, dedication and leadership. # 83 Quinn Vallentyne (OL): New to football this year, Quinn's greatest attribute was his ability to learn the game, not just the physical aspect but schemes, formations and why certain plays would be effective in certain situations - even before coach was done teaching the play! Quinn stood strong against tough opponents and was a pleasure to coach. His football IQ and natural abilities will serve him well next year at Peewee. Best of luck. # 85 Brady Brohman (OL): After sitting out his rookie campaign due to injury, Brady came back this season with a heart full of fire and something to prove. Brady was a go-to guy in tough situations, making brilliant catches down field at Tight end or making key blocks as an O- Lineman. He showed that he has what it takes to play at a high level. Self-motivation and hard work will be Brady's keys to success next year at Peewee. Good Luck. 10
