LOOKING FOR A WIN: After opening Southern Conference play 2-0, Western Carolina has suffered through three-straight conference losses, one at home and two on the road. In those three games, Western Carolina is being outscored 6-1. STILL STRONG AT HOME: Despite the 1-0 loss to ETSU on Sept. 28, Western Carolina still posts a strong presence in home matches... WCU is at home this season... The Catamounts have also outscored opponents 11-4 in the eight games. GNASSI TIES GAME-HIGH: Senior goalkeeper Jacquelyn Gnassi had 10 saves in the 3-0 loss to Samford on Oct The 10 saves ties her career high and ties for eighth in the WCU record books for saves in a game. REILY NELSON TOP SCORER: Freshman Reily Nelson leads the Catamounts with three goals and two assists this season also leading the team with eight points. She also has one game-winning goal. MEETING UNCG: Western Carolina and UNCG meet for the 26th time on Friday... The Spartans hold a record over WCU... The two teams last meet in the finals of the 2017 SoCon Championships with the Spartans coming away with a 1-0 victory to secure the SoCon Championship title... Frazier: Spending time with my teammates because they are going through the same things I am. Who is the most important person in your life?
