Financial Report Fairview moved, Peace River seconded to adopt the financial report as presented. League fees will remain at $ per team payable at the Tiering Meeting. 7. Old Business: a) President and Commissioner's Reports are attached. b) Update on League Fines none outstanding President stressed that line of communication protocol must be followed. AP representatives must educate their associations on AP rules and regulations.

Suggested Meeting dates for Fall Kick Off Meeting: Sunday, September 20, noon Hockey Alberta 10 am Tiering Meeting: Sunday, October 18, 2015 Scheduling Meeting: Saturday, October 24, 2015 Annual General Meeting: April Honorariums have been mailed to all Commissioners Thank you! 14. Carry Over Suspensions list attached 15. New motions for the AGM (documents attached) President asked all associations to consider having non-contact Bantam and Midget tiers in the AP League; he will be contacting all associations to discuss further.

3 All Peace Constitution: Article 17) RULES COMMITTEE: Rule's Committee will be struck annually, consisting of the Past President, or in the absence of the Past President, a designate appointed by the current President, and the President, and one Vice-President. (Oct, 2010). This committee will act as an appeals board for all All Peace League rulings (April 26, 2015), Grande Praire moved, Grande Cache seconded to adopt the change to Article 6 as presented. All Peace Rules & Regulations: 1. a) Associations will provide a preliminary list of teams and the levels that they request to be placed one week after the (Oct, 2011) the Kick Off meeting and a final list at (Oct, 2011) the Tiering Meeting in the fall. (Oct, 2004) Team Placement, Division Splits and length of schedule will be determined at the Tiering Meeting and not at the Scheduling Meeting. (Oct, 2006) All teams must play a minimum of three (3) exhibition games prior to the Tiering Meeting. Gamesheets for said games must be present at the meeting. There will be a fine of $ per game for each game not played. (Apr 26, 2015) Fairview moved, Fort St. John seconded to adopt the change as presented. 1.a) Large tiers with 10 teams or more must be split into two divisions. (Apr 26, 2015) Fairview moved High Prairie seconded to adopt the change as presented. 1.a) For the scheduling meeting, each team must bring 30 % more ice slots than they need. Each team must have their own set of ice and their own scheduler. (Oct, 2011) There will be a fine of $ per team for those who do not. (Apr 26, 2015) Wembley moved, Grande Cache seconded to adopt the change as presented. 1.a) Coin tosses required will be done at a separate Coin toss session right after the Tiering Meeting. (Apr 26, 2015) Spirit River moved, Valleyview seconded to adopt the change as presented.

Honorariums will be paid for the following executive positions: (Oct, 2011) Commissioners: Atom, PeeWee, Female: Bantam, Midget: Statistician $ per season - re-evaluated yearly. $ per season - re-evaluated yearly. $ per season - re-evaluated yearly. President Accommodations and travel ($.28 km) for All Peace Scheduling Meeting. La Crete moved, Wembley seconded to adopt the change as presented. 8. Game durations: Length of games will be as follows: All divisions - including Female Three periods of twenty minutes stop time. (Oct, 2003) Recommend one flood after each period of play. (Oct, 2004) **Recommend 2 hrs minimum for Atom, Pee Wee, Bantam & Girls** **Recommend 2 1/2 hrs minimum for Midget** As long as both coaches are notified prior to the start of the game, and the game starts on clean ice, one flood after the second will suffice. (Apr 26, 2015) - Motion Tabled 9. League games must use certified officials. All games at all levels shall have a minimum of 2 officials. (Oct, 2004) For games with a two man system, one referee must be from at least two (2) divisions higher than the play they are officiating, whereas the other referee must be from at least (1) division higher. For all All Peace League games in BC, if a two man system is used, both must wear the red arm band. (Apr 26, 2015) Fort St. John moved, La Crete seconded to adopt the change as presented. 13. POSTPONED, CANCELLED and FORFEITED GAMES and LEAGUE FINES (Oct, 2005) a) League games delayed due to tournament or exhibition games are to be made up before the end of the regular season. Failure to do so will result in the offending team forfeiting two (2) points to the other team AND Rule 13 j) will be enforced by the League President &/or Commissioner. b) If the host team postpones a scheduled game, the host team must try to reschedule and play this game prior to the end of the regular season. If after offering three different times without agreeing to an acceptable date for a rematch within the above time frame, the host team will forfeit the game; AND Rule 13 j) will be enforced by the League President &/or Commissioner. c) If the visiting team postpones a regular scheduled game, the host team must offer a minimum of two (2) dates for a rematch to be played prior to the end of the regular season. The visiting team must accept one of the alternate dates or forfeit the game; AND Rule 13 j) will be enforced by the League President and/or Commissioner. Fort St John moved, Wembley seconded to adopt the changes to 13a. to 13c. as presented.

Suspensions shall be administered by the Commissioners at the respective level in accordance with these All Peace Minor Hockey Association s Rules and/or those set out by Hockey Canada, Hockey Alberta (Apr 26, 2015) as minimum standards whichever is greater. The commissioners shall notify the League Vice (Oct, 2010) President of any suspensions. The Commissioner may increase the number of game suspensions for repeat offenders or depending on the particulars of any specific incident. Suspensions are to be served as per Hockey Canada and Hockey Alberta rules. (Apr 26, 2015) Smoky River moved, Grande Cache seconded to adopt the changes as presented. 24. Delete the bottom portion of Rule 24 which had been suspended for the season Grande Prairie moved, Spirit River seconded to adopt the change as presented. Penalty assessment document Motion Tabled 15. New Executive to stay behind for first meeting. 16. Adjournment: Grande Prairie moved, Peace River seconded to adjourn the meeting at 2:10 pm. Communication - again played a role in some of the problems experienced this year. We really need to ensure that everyone follows our lines of communication. Concerns from coaches, managers, parents, etc. must go to the Commissioners THROUGH THE LEAGUE REPS.
