About the Race Since its inception in 1977, the Reebok Boston 10K for Women (formerly known as the Tufts Health Plan 10K for Women) has gathered women of all ages each year in the streets of Boston. This festival of fitness attracts an internationally recognized field of elite runners as well as a hugely loyal following of thousands of healthconscious women. More than just a race, this Boston tradition gathers mothers, sisters and friends to celebrate and support women s strength, health and fitness. 4 Media Coverage Each year, the all-women s race draws attending media from across the city and across the sport of running. Media representatives from print, online, broadcast, and radio outlets are accommodated on site to capture the most compelling images and video from the race. SOME OF THE PAST MEDIA OUTLETS INCLUDE: The Boston Globe, Boston Herald, Metro Boston, Boston Business Journal, Mix 104.1, AMP, WBZ1030 and the Reebok Boston 10K for Women website. Branding & Activation Opportunities Official race sponsors are provided branding opportunities through digital and printed material before the race, including social media content, e-newsletter inclusion, and collaborative blog postings with race management. On-site, there are opportunities for a footprint for activation in the Start and Finish area on Boston Common, and along the race course. Each branding and activation component will be customized to fit a particular brand's needs.

5 Vision for 2018 Now in its 42nd year, the Reebok Boston 10K for Women is giving the event a fresh new look as a celebration of female empowerment through the lens of health and fitness. While we aim to maintain an elite field of runners for 2018, the focus will be on the everyday female athlete who wants to participate in an exciting all-women s event for the experience it brings. The Reebok Boston 10K for Women is more than just a road race. It s a day of power, camaraderie, and triumph amongst friends, daughters, mothers, sisters, colleagues, and even strangers. 8 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The Reebok Boston 10K for Women Expo (herein after called the Management ) and the Exhibitor agree that all displays must be fully set up and operational by 9:00 AM on Monday, October 8, 2018 and will remain open and staffed from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 2. Exhibitor agrees that displays will not visually or physically disturb aisles or adjacent exhibitors and exhibitor agrees that hard walls will not exceed 8 feet without prior approval of Management. 3. Exhibitor agrees to conform to all Boston Inspectional Services, Boston Fire Department and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Revenue Rules and Regulations. 4. Exhibitor agrees not to sublet exhibitor space or exhibit any merchandise other than that specified in the show contract. Exhibitor agrees that Management reserves the right to reject, modify or restrict any exhibitor. 5. Exhibitor agrees that space assignments may be changed by Management. 6. Exhibitor agrees that electrical wiring or installation shall be done only by the electrical contractor approved by Management. 7. Exhibitor agrees that all belongings shall be removed from the Vendor area by 5:00 PM on Monday, October 8, Exhibitor agrees that no refunds will be made for any reason. 9. Exhibitor agrees not to make undue noise or odor, use bright or hazardous lights, cause damage to the booth equipment or act in any manner deemed inappropriate by Management. 10. Exhibitor agrees that no soliciting for business will be conducted in aisles or in other exhibitor booths. 11. Exhibitor agrees that no Exhibitor shall have authority to incur cost or liability for or against Conventures, Inc. Exhibitor shall pay all costs pertaining to moving in and moving out. Exhibitor shall be liable for all damages which he may cause in connection with his exhibit. 12. Exhibitor agrees that the Reebok Boston 10K for Women design, which Management has adopted and used in connection with its business, may not be used alone or in combination without the prior written permission of Management, and that Exhibitor will not create or sell any merchandise bearing Reebok Boston 10K for Women, or marks or names confusingly similar thereto, without such permission. 13. Certificate of Insurance must include the following: Exhibitor agrees to carry workmen s compensation, comprehensive general liability including products and completed operations, independent contractors, personal injury and blanket contractual liability. This must be evidenced by a Certificate of Insurance with a 30-day notice of cancellation provision to the holder and supplied to Management at least 30 days before the exhibitor date. The Certificate of Insurance should list Conventures, Inc. c/o Reebok Boston 10K for Women as the Additionally Insured. 14. Exhibitor agrees that in the event due to war, fire, strike, government regulation, public enemy or other cause, the show or any part thereof is prevented from being held, is cancelled by the Management. The Management, in its sole discretion, shall determine and refund to the applicant his proportionate share of unused funds. 15. Exhibitor agrees to assume all responsibility for loss, theft, or destruction of goods or for personal injuries to himself, his employees, agents, representatives, or visitors, and shall indemnify, defend and save harmless Conventures, Inc. from any and all liability in connection with any and all of the above. 16. Exhibitor agrees that the serving of alcoholic beverages by Exhibitors is prohibited without prior permission of Management. 17. Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that projections of attendance are estimates only and that no guarantees regarding attendance are being made. 18. Exhibitor agrees that the failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver by such party of its right to enforce the same or any provision at any time. 19. Exhibitor agrees that, except as otherwise specifically provided herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties, and supersedes all proposals, promotional materials, negotiations and understandings of any nature whatsoever. This Agreement may be amended only by written instrument signed by both parties. 20. Exhibitor agrees that this Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any disputes between the parties shall be brought in the courts of said Commonwealth.
