Press Releases (George) Contact Lists (name, phone #, and address) (Rhonda-Secretary) Calendar of Event (Rhonda and George)-Rhonda to put team meals on calendar and send to George. New Board Member -Brenda Schmitt-Lori Nelson motioned to approve Brenda Schmitt as member at large. Chuck Rickart seconded the motion. All approve. Budget (Lori) Budget Reports: -Lori will be cashing the 2 nd round of booster checks on Saturday, January 22 nd. -Lori to work on We switched banks to Prins Bank -We might have enough extra cash to pay for 1 adult for the banquet Golf Tournament/Done Directors: Steve Van Tuyl and Steve Ach Committee Members: Mike McDonald Carwash for Jerseys/Done Director: Dave Everett Board Liaison: Dausha Everett Program Book and Pictures /Done Director: Lisa Swan Board Liaison: Rhonda Van Tuyl Champlin Park HS Rebels Weight Training Program/Done Director: George Borrell Captains Practice/Done Director: George Borrell

2 Alumni Game/Done Director: George Borrell, Mark Swan, Debbie McNeil and Kevin McNamara -We made $324 in donations. -It went well and all had a great time -Possibly have it on a Saturday next year Pancake Breakfast/Done Board Liaison: Toni Duberry Champlin Park High School Concession Stands/Done Cub Foods Grocery Bagging/Done Director: Jackie Heytens -We made total of $1, for both days. Registration Fee Collection/Done Director: Lori Nelson Chuck A Puck -Going fine, brining in about the same amount as last year. BW Team Advantage Card -Chuck passed out BW cards to everyone. -Chuck is trying to get team meal. Letter Writing Campaign/On Hold Board Liaison: Dausha Everett Spaghetti Dinner at Serums or Steak & Shrimp Dinner at the Osseo Legion -All set and ready to go -Volunteers will be there at 11:00am:Rhonda, Lynn, Sheila, Julie, Debbie and JoEllen -Rhonda to send to coaches inviting them and reminder to parents

3 Game Event Schedule On-Ice Home Game Events: Penalty Box Worker Schedule Star Spangled Banner Cheer Leaders/Mascot Between 1st and 2 nd Period Between 2 nd and 3 rd Period Off Ice Home Games Special Events: First Saturday Home Game: CPYHA Youth Night (01/22/11) -Send Flyer to Chuck to make colored copies. -Send Flyer to Joe l to post on CPYHA website. -Rea will check with Nick on if youth get in free or half price. -We will have: autograph signing, jersey give away, locker room visit. Thursday Home Game in December: Sponsor Appreciation Night/Done -Recap Director: Dausha Everett Coordinator: Real Leonard Coordinator: Dausha Everett Thursday Home Game in January: Teacher Appreciation Night (01/13/11) -Ready to go -Instead of doing pot luck, we asked all players to donate $11.00 for a subway, pasta, chips, cake and coffee dinner. -We will try and get Honor Roll players up. Could not get this in enough time for program. Thursday Home Game in February: Parent Night (02/10/11) -No food this year. We will be having cake and coffee. -Danielle Hagberg will take pictures. -Kim to get pictures set up with net and balloons. -Moms to wear team sweatshirt -Maybe go to BW after game and use BW cards. Coordinator: Kim Ach Last Home Game: Senior Night (02/15/11) Coordinator: Dausha Everett/Lori N. -Mites Skating with Seniors -Will have cake and coffee -Might go over the budgeted amount of $100 for skate up gifts. Team Wear/Equipment/Done: Team Jackets: Booster Club buys for New players to the team only Hoodie and Sweatshirt: Parents pay for this by check Team Hockey Bags Practice Jersey

4 Helmet Rebel Decals Helmet Numbers New Jerseys Locker Room Team Meals -Team Breakfast is 01/22 with girls team. -Will have pancake, fruit, milk and OJ. Maybe sausage. Parent Team Party/Done Coordinators: Rhonda and George Director: Dausha Everett Coordinator: Terri Bickford Team Building Events: Scrimmage/Done Adopt a Family Holiday Gifts/Done -Get picture from Marcey Mite D Team vs. Varsity -Went very well. -Pizza party went well -Too many JV players for duties. Maybe change for next year. Mentor Program -Players working on Director: Board Alumni Game (See Fundraising List) Celebrate the Team Events: Bulletin Boards at Forum/Done Coaches Gifts/Done Senior Gifts -Lynn Hennen is working on. 5 Champlin Park Hockey Hall of Fame -George to get started -Idea is to reframe state picture and move -Have 8X10 pictures of any alumni that played college hockey Schwan s Cup Trophies -Rhonda ordered Varsity picture. It is up with the trophy at CPHS -Rhonda to check with Joel for JV picture -Get 2009 trophies from locker room and get to CPHS.
