5 Required Information Once your team has earned their spot in the Championships, we will require the following information. 1. Official Team Picture: Highest resolution jpeg will be required for use in the program and other professional print material. Please include names of everyone in order as they appear in the team photo; 2. Association Logo: Please send an EPS or Illustrator image of your association logo and your home and away jersey colours; 3. Contact Information: Please provide Head Coach and Manager names, contact numbers, and addresses; 4. Sponsor Acknowledgements: All teams will be given the opportunity to acknowledge their team sponsor with logo on their team page in the Championships program. Banquet Information - March 16, Elgin Hall Crescent Rd, Surrey BC Semiahmoo Minor Hockey Association invites all players, team officials and on-ice officials to the opening banquet as our guests. Attendance is mandatory for all teams. The host committee will contact the team managers to determine the number of attendees along with any food allergies. Banquet Dress: Game Dress code (With Tie) Doors open at 5:30PM

6 Coaches & Managers Meeting There will be a MANDATORY meeting for all coaches and manager immediately following the banquet at Elgin Hall. Topics covered will include: Dressing Room Assignments, Skate sharpening information, Medical facilities in and around the arena, opening and closing ceremonies, Sporting stores etc., and any other pertinent information. Opening Ceremonies Opening Ceremonies will take place on Sunday (Day 1 ) March 17th at 6:45pm at Centennial Arena North Bluff Rd, White Rock. Teams not playing immediately after the ceremony can wear skates, helmet and Home team jersey on ice. TEAM ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY. The two teams participating in the game immediately following the ceremonies will be dressed in full equipment. All teams will be on ice for the ceremonies. Please arrive no later than 6:15pm. Closing Ceremonies Closing Ceremonies will be held following the final Championship game on Wednesday, March 20th. All teams are encouraged to attend the closing ceremonies but it will not be made mandatory.

The curling club is open to all members of the public, offering league play including our Learn-to-Curl League and new Stick Curling League. Right next door to Centennial Arena!! We offer ice rentals for private groups, rental of dry floor space in the off-season, and lounge rental for parties, meetings, and other functions.
