The contents were posted on the BMGL Website. Badger Men s Golf League 2010 Annual Spring Meeting Location: Alt-N-Bach s Date: April 6, 2010 Time: 5:00 p.m. Agenda: 1. Congratulations to Ed Corcoran and Steve Eisele. Eisele was a no-show. Rumor has it he is in rehab with Tiger. They both seem to have been released in time to play some golf. 2. The Membership and Sub lists are being passed around. Make any corrections necessary. 3. Schedule July 4 is a Sunday no need for an off-week I prefer to have a rain date Hence, I propose we begin Tuesday, April 20 and have the Jamboree Friday, September 10. Without a rain date, we start a week later. We could also choose to shift either option a week. We decided to start April 20 and keep the rain date. Ken was the lone dissenter. 4. So, the first night of league play will be - April 20 th or April 27 th The league fees will be: $ This includes the playoffs. Refunds will be available for the last two weeks for those who do not play. Those league members who have a City pass, their fee will be: $40.00 for prizes. Make your checks payable to either: Badger Men s Golf League or Jake Blanchard. Cash is always accepted. Final due date is: May 4th, 2010 Per the league rules, the committee assignments are: Steak Fry co-chairs - Corcoran and Eisele June 15 th (tentative) Jamboree co-chairs - Hassemer and Collins Sept. 10 th (tentative) Suggestions for the Jamboree include Hawks Landing (possibly our last chance due to anticipated changes in policy at Hawks) and Edelweiss (remodeled clubhouse). Hassemer will investigate, including potential for dinner at Hawks.

2 5. New league members: Colin Woolston will not be returning this year. Per the League Rules, Don Woolston has selected Jon Hisgen as his new partner. Do I hear a motion? Passed unanimously. 6. Team alignment and Divisions, are based on the player s last year ending average. Attached is a tentative Divisional alignment. 7. Kim Todd has been investigating a trophy. Let s discuss. Kim was unable to convince the League to buy the Moses leaving the Tilted Kilt statue that he doesn t want around his house any more. A majority of us are interested in a traveling trophy (as long as we continue to give individual trophies to League Champs). Possibilities for a traveling trophy include a plaque (potentially displayed at Odana) and a Stanley Cup (or anything we can drink from). The Secretary Elect will explore options and report back. 8. Remember: Jim Rawlings is Secretary-Elect At first I thought Linderoth was a front runner for the next Sec Elect, since he was a last-second scratch from today s meeting, but then I realized Kohlhepp didn t show either.
