4 CHAMPIONSHIP INFORMATION: GENERAL INFORMATION: Dates: March 22 nd 28 th 2018 Venue: Planet Ice Maple Ridge Cam Neely Arena ( th Ave, Maple Ridge, B.C.) BANQUET: A banquet will be held for the players, team officials, and dignitaries on Wednesday March 21 st, 2018 at Breakaway Bar & Grill. This establishment is located at Planet Ice Maple Ridge on the second level. There will be no charge to the teams attending the banquet. Confirmation numbers are requested from each team one week (March 14 th, 2018) prior to the banquet to accurately plan meals. COACHES MEETING: There will be a mandatory coaches meeting for all coaches, team officials, and championship representatives. This meeting will occur at Planet Ice Maple Ridge, immediately following the banquet at a board room on-site. OPENING CEREMONY: There will be an opening ceremony; all teams are asked to participate in the ceremony. The opening ceremony will take place prior to the final game of day one of the championship on March 22 n, 2018 at Cam Neely Arena.

5 INTRODUCTION: WELCOME: Welcome to the 2018 Juvenile BC Hockey Championship, proudly hosted by Ridge Meadows Minor Hockey Association and the communities of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows! Ridge Meadows Minor Hockey Association is extremely honoured to host this championship, in what is our 50 th anniversary season. Ridge Meadows Minor Hockey Association is proud to have 8 NHL alumni: Cam Neely, Link Gaetz, Brendan Morrison, Andrew Ladd, Brandon Yip, Victor Bartley, Patrick Wiercioch, and Brad Hunt. Our minor hockey association is situated north of the Fraser River, east of the Pitt River, and west of Mission with the scenic backdrop of the Golden Ears and the Coastal Mountains. All of us at Ridge Meadows Minor Hockey hope that each team has an enjoyable experience at the Juvenile BC Hockey Championship! MAP:
