1 GENERAL MANAGER AND ALTERNATE GOVERNOR: KYLE DUBAS Kyle Dubas was named Assistant General Manager of the Toronto Maple Leafs on July 22, In his role with the Leafs, Dubas holds multiple responsibilities including player personnel, managing the organizations Research & Development department, and overseeing the organization s top prospects as General Manager of the team s AHL affiliate the Toronto Marlies. Dubas also established the Maple Leafs Sports Science and Performance department. Before joining the Maple Leafs, Dubas served as General Manager of the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds (OHL) for three seasons from to During his tenure, his teams finished with an overall record of , which included two post-season berths and a West Division title in At the time of his hiring by the Greyhounds, the Sports Management Graduate from Brock University (Dean s List honours) became the second youngest General Manager in OHL history at the age of 25. From 2011 through 2014, the Greyhounds had 14 players drafted to the National Hockey League; second most of all OHL teams over that span. Prior to his appointment as General Manager of the Greyhounds, Dubas was an NHLPA Certified Agent with Uptown Sports Management for five years from 2006 to Dubas previously worked for the Soo Greyhounds from 1997 to 2006 in various roles. He was a dressing room assistant from to , a Hockey Operations assistant from to and scouted for the team from to Some of his duties over the years included player personnel, scouting, and player development, as well as developing new corporate partners and revenue streams for the club. In 2015, Dubas was recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of the sports industry s brightest young stars in their annual Top 30 Under 30 in Sports list. He has served on the Brock University Alumni Executive Committee since 2013 and was honoured with the Brock University Distinguished Young Alumni Award in March of DIRECTOR OF HOCKEY OPERATIONS AND GOVERNOR: BRAD LYNN. Brad Lynn enters his seventh season as Director of Hockey Operations with the Toronto Marlies. Since joining the Maple Leafs in 2005, Lynn has worked in various capacities within the organizations front office. His responsibilities have included: team services and hockey administration under John Ferguson Jr. as well as serving as the Assistant to the General Manager under Brian Burke. During the AHL season, Lynn was appointed Director of Hockey Operations for the Toronto Marlies and would later become Governor alongside Kyle Dubas. Before getting his start with the Toronto Maple Leafs, Lynn worked with a number of teams in the Toronto area after graduating from Queens University. His first position was with the Toronto Roadrunners, Edmonton s AHL affiliate at the time. Lynn then worked for the Toronto Argonauts during their 2004 Grey Cup season. HEAD COACH: SHELDON KEEFE Sheldon Keefe enters his second season as Head Coach of the Toronto Marlies and comes off a franchise record breaking AHL campaign. Sheldon led the Marlies to 54 regular season wins, claiming top spot in the AHL standings for the first time in the organizations history. Keefe was also named head coach of the North Division All-Star team. Keefe, 36, joined the Marlies after a successful three years as Head Coach for the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds. After joining the team as a mid-season replacement, Keefe led the Greyhounds back to the playoffs after the team missed out the previous two seasons. In the following two seasons the Greyhounds skated to a regular season record of while reaching the second round ( ) and third round ( ) of the playoffs. Prior to Sault Ste. Marie, the Brampton, ON native served as GM/Head Coach of the CCHL s Pembroke Lumber Kings, leading them to five consecutive league championships ( ). Sheldon has also served as an Assistant Coach for Team Canada s Men s Summer U18 team which earned a gold medal at the Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament in Prior to coaching, Keefe was a standout in the OHL and named Rookie of the Year in 1999 along with an All- Rookie Team selection. He followed his rookie campaign with a 121-point sophomore season with the Barrie Colts and was named the OHL s Top Scorer. That same season he captained the Barrie Colts to the MasterCard Memorial Cup. Drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 1999 NHL Entry Draft, 48 th overall, Keefe would skate in 125 NHL games for the Lightning before retiring after the AHL season.

2 ASSISTANT COACH: GORD DINEEN Gord Dineen enters his seventh season with the Toronto Marlies and second as Associate Coach under Sheldon Keefe. Prior to the start of the AHL season, Dineen was appointed the Marlies fifth Head Coach in the club s history after spending the previous five seasons as an Assistant Coach. As Head Coach, he led the Marlies to the playoffs with a regular season record of Dineen began his coaching career during the season as a player/coach with the Utah Grizzlies. In 50 games with the Grizzlies, he registered 18 assists and 26 penalty minutes. He made his head coaching debut with the Macon Whoopee of the East Coast Hockey League during the season. The following season he served as the head Coach of the Richmond Renegades, guiding them to a record. From 2003 through 2008, Dineen served as an Assistant Coach with four different American Hockey League teams: the Springfield Falcons ( ), Utah Grizzlies ( ), San Antonio Rampage ( ) and Portland Pirates ( ). The Toronto, Ontario native competed in 18 seasons of professional hockey as a defenceman between 1982 and In 528 career NHL games with the New York Islanders, Minnesota North Stars, Pittsburgh Penguins and Ottawa Senators, he registered 106 points (16 goals, 90 assists) and 695 penalty minutes. He was selected 42 nd overall in the 1981 Entry Draft by the New York Islanders. ASSISTANT COACH: AJ MACLEAN A.J. MacLean returns to the Toronto Marlies for his second season as Assistant Coach. Prior to the Marlies, MacLean served as an Assistant Coach on Sheldon Keefe s coaching staff in Sault Ste. Marie. The Antigonish, NS native finished a 10-year semi-professional hockey career with the Dundee Stars of the EIHL for three seasons before leaving to coach the Greyhounds. MacLean played junior hockey with the Halifax Mooseheads of the QMJHL, recorded 47 points in three seasons and earned QMJHL Humanitarian of the Year honours. A.J. is the son of 2013 Jack Adams award winner and current Anaheim Ducks assistant coach, Paul MacLean. His brother, David MacLean is a Professional Scout with the Arizona Coyotes. GOALTENDING COACH: PIERO GRECO Piero Greco is in his third season as the Toronto Marlies Goaltending Coach. Prior to joining the Marlies, Greco served as the goaltending coach for the Kitchener Rangers from The Toronto native played parts of four seasons in the OHL with Sudbury, Belleville and the Toronto Marlboros. He then enjoyed a 12-year career playing in Europe, enjoying his best season in when he appeared in 44 games posting a 2.75 GAA and.903 save percentage with the Sheffield Steelers of the BISL. The Steelers would capture the British Super League title, while individually Piero was awarded Team MVP and league leader in GAA. After retiring from the game in 2002, Greco went on to found the Greco Goaltending School in 2002, which he still runs today. VIDEO COACH: JUSTIN BOURNE Justin Bourne enters his second season as Video Coach of the Toronto Marlies. Prior to beginning his coaching career, Bourne played three seasons in the ECHL, suiting up for the Alaska Aces, Utah Grizzlies, Reading Royals and the Idaho Steelheads. In , Bourne attended the New York Islanders training camp and played 16 games for the Bridgeport Soundtigers, collecting five points (2 goals, 3 assists). Bourne played his junior hockey with the Vernon Vipers (BCHL), where he served as an alternate captain and led the team to a BCHL Championship. Following a successful junior career, Bourne accepted a full scholarship to play for the University of Anchorage Alaska in the WCHA, where he led the team in scoring in both his sophomore and senior year. Following his playing career, Bourne transitioned to hockey media where he worked with The Score before pursuing a career in coaching. His father, Bob Bourne, and father-in law, Clark Gillies won four Stanley Cups together with the New York Islanders.
