If for any reasons the Japan Teddy Bear Co.,Ltd. cancels the show, the paid fee will be refunded. 2. Table sharing is permitted only with the authorization of the organizers. 3. Exhibitors may set up on Friday at 1:00pm to 4:00pm. 4. Exhibitors will receive their own and their helpers name tags and floor plans upon registration. 5. Name tags must be worn at all times during the show by both exhibitor and helper. 6. Opening time of the show on Saturday is 10:00am. 7. Exhibitors must remain set up until Sunday 4:00pm even if they are sold out. 8. TABLE DISPLAYS MUST NOT OBSTRUCT THE VIEW OR INTERFERE WITH EXHIBITS /TABLES /SPACE AREA OF OTHER EXHIBITORS! 9. No smoking is allowed in the salesroom. 10. Exhibitors must provide their own table cloths, display items and any bags or wrapping papers if needed. 11. Japan Teddy Bear Co.,Ltd. does not assume any responsibility for any stolen or broken or damaged merchandise including any losses that may be incurred during the show. 12. Japan Teddy Bear Co., Ltd. and the Ebisu Garden Hall owners, management and staff or anyone involved with the show shall not assume any responsibility or be liable in the event of fire, theft, breakage or any damage to you and your property. They are also released from liability to you, your helpers or members of your family should they sustain injury before, during or after the show ends. 13. Japan Teddy Bear Co., Ltd. reserves the right to refuse sales space to any exhibitors now and in the future who will and does not comply with any or all of the conditions, rules and regulations of the show and this contract. 14. Exhibitors are required to clear their area of any litter, boxes etc. at the end of the show. 15. The Festival management requests that exhibitors refrain from selling or buying from each other before the Opening of the show on Saturday. This will prevent early buyer collectors/members from complaining that several artists have already sold their bears before the opening of the show. I hereby adhere and follow the conditions, rules and regulations stated above by the organizers of the Teddy Bear Festival.
