4 KMU / LCU / OSC U11 Boys and Girls U11 Boys and Girls Tryouts will be held at one facility (Ewald Soccer Fields at Monterey Park) for both ages and genders Teams will be formed in a regionalized manner Team of evaluators including Board member for oversight Pricing will be consistent within teams Teams will be called the following: Academy (LCU) team names and uniforms will follow LCU protocol Academy (KMU) team names and uniforms will follow KMU protocol Academy (OSC) team names and uniforms will follow OSC protocol
5 U11 Boys and Girls Training Approach KMU / LCU / OSC U11 Boys and Girls The teams will train 2-3 times per week for 1.5 hours in their hometown facilities and then have the option of attending an open training combine 2 times per month (Friday s) with the sites of these combines rotating between 3 or 4 sites geographically Combination at these ages will not be required, but the opportunity to help resolve numbers issues at one location will be explored

9 KMU / LCU / OSC U12 Boys and Girls U12 Boys and Girls Tryouts will be held at one facility (Ewald Soccer Fields at Monterey Park) for both ages and genders Top Team will be formed from utilizing all 3 clubs Team of evaluators including Board member for oversight Pricing will be consistent within teams Teams will be called the following: Premier Academy Uniforms TBD Select Academy team name will designate which protocol is being followed for uniforms
10 KMU / LCU / OSC U12 Boys and Girls U12 Boys and Girls Training Approach The top team will train centrally 2-3 times per week for 2 hours. The regional teams will train 2-3 times per week for 1.5 hours in their hometown facilities and then have the option of attending an open training combine 2 times per month (Friday s) with the sites of these combines rotating between 3 or 4 sites geographically Combination at these ages will occur to create a top team and regionalized teams will be formed for the remainder of the pool combining players where necessary to create teams
