1 Amonte Sports Lacrosse Camp Format: The Amonte Sports overnight lacrosse camps will provide a complete intensive training program for each individual camper, ranging from the beginner to the more advance player. There will be a strong emphasis on mastering basic to advanced stick work and applying it in a game situation. The camp will also bring emphasis to mastering cutting edge conditioning techniques that will enhance balance, strength, and agility for a well-rounded athlete. The morning sessions will focus on individual skills and small space play techniques (offensive moves, individual defensive, scoring, feeding, movement off ball, conditioning techniques and more ), the afternoon will focus on team concepts (double teams, team offense, team defense, fast breaks, and more ), and evenings will include full field play focusing on team interaction and learning. Competition will include: Evening games, tournament play, camper counselor nightly challenges, 3 vs. 3 skill group challenge, all-star Game, and more... Camper Counselor Ratio 8:1 Amonte Sports/Alex Kahoe Goalie School Camp Format: The Amonte Sports/Alex Kahoe Goalie School will provide an intensive training program for aspiring goaltenders, ranging from the beginner to the more advance player. The camp is run in conjunction with the player's camp, giving goalies multiple opportunities to be integrated into team and game situations. There will be a strong emphasis on mastering basic to advanced technique and applying it in a game situation. The morning sessions will focus on individual skills and small space play techniques (basic technique, angles, stickwork, movement outside the cage, 8 meter shots, crease rolls ), the afternoon will focus on team concepts (communication, directing the defense, clearing, man down situations, 1v1-7v7 situations ), and evenings will include full field play focusing on team interaction and learning. Competition will include: Evening games, tournament play, camper counselor nightly challenges, 3 vs. 3 skill group challenge, all-star Game, and more...camper Counselor Ratio 4:1

2 Amonte Sports Lacrosse Day Camp Format: The Amonte Sports Day Camp will provide a complete training program for each individual camper, ranging from the beginner to the more advance player. This camp was designed specifically for the Long Island area players to receive top notch coaching in their own communities. For more advanced High School players, this camp is a good chance to get more specialized attention to areas that need improvement and for younger players this is an opportunity to broaden your lacrosse horizon. There will be a strong emphasis on mastering basic to advanced stick work and applying it in a game situation. The morning sessions will focus on individual skills and small space play techniques (offensive moves, individual defensive, scoring, feeding, movement off ball, conditioning techniques and more ) the afternoon will focus on team concepts (double teams, team offense, team defense, fast breaks, and more ) and team play. There will be individual intensive goalie instruction provided. Camper Counselor Ratio 8:1 Amonte Sports Elite Video Recruiting Camp Format: As college coaches Kelly Amonte Hilller and Alex Kahoe recognize the need of providing recruiting opportunities for high school players. A professional game video can help players more easily get exposed to college coaches. Each player at the Amonte Sports Elite Video Recruiting Camp will receive a professional recruiting video that can be presented to college coaches around the country. In addition, college coaches have been invited to attend the camp and/or provide recruiting materials to the participants about their respective schools. Coaches are invited to present information and converse with rising seniors at College Night. Each participant will receive an official Amonte Sports recruiting profile at the end of camp. Players will be coached during the morning session and will compete in full field games and special situation throughout the afternoon and evening sessions. The Amonte Sports mission is to capture on video regional competition through the camp venue for the purpose of recruiting. Camper Counselor Ratio 8:1
