3 player profiles 26 kiira dosdall 6 DEFENSE 19 COURTNEY BURKE COLLEGE: WISCONSIN miye d oench COLLEGE: harvard HOMETOWN: ALBANY, NY Burke was initially drafted to the Buffalo Beauts in the 2015 NWHL draft, while she was a junior in college. She later signed with the Riveters this off-season. Burke was a part of the U.S. Women s National U-18 team that captured gold in 2011 and silver in She attended Shattuck- Saint Mary s preparatory school where she recorded 66 goals and 164 assists in 147 games. She then went on to the University of Wisconsin where she was named to the All- WCHA Rookie team in 2013, and the All- WCHA Second team after her sophomore season. HOMETOWN: new york, NY D oench was drafted in 2015 by the Boston Pride, but was traded to the Riveters for Alex Carpenter. D oench was also a part of the U.S Women s National U-18 team that captured silver in She played all 4 years of college hockey at Harvard, where she was named to the All- Ivy league second team, All- ECAC Hockey second team, and was ECAC player of the month (November) in her senior year. She is one of 24 players in Harvard history to record 100 career points. DEFENSE COLLEGE: colgate COLLEGE: boston u COLLEGE: quinnipiac HOMETOWN: fairfield, ct Dosdall is in her second season with the Riveters. She won the Clarkson Cup (CWHL) in with the Boston Blades. In her years at Colgate, she was an All- ECAC selection twice. She is currently the leader in career points as a man for Colgate (63). In her years between college and the NWHL, Dosdall played professionally in Austria, where she won four consecutive Austrian titles and three European league titles with the Vienna Sabres. 13 HOMETOWN: burnaby, bc, can Fratkin spent her first season in the NWHL with the Connecticut Whale. She signed with the Riveters this off- season. Fratkin was the first Canadian player to sign in the NWHL. She was a part of the Canadian U-18 Women s National team that won silver in She also won three consecutive Canadian National Championships with team British Columbia from Fratkin never missed a game while playing at Boston University, playing 151 games straight. 11 kaleigh fratkin Morgan fritz-ward HOMETOWN: mason city, ia Fritz- Ward is in her second season with the Riveters. She served as alternate captain of the team in her first season. She was the captain of the Quinnipiac University Women s team her senior season, and led the team to the NCAA tournament quarterfinals.

4 16 alexa gruschow 17 bray ketchum COLLEGE: rpi HOMETOWN: mechanicsburg, pa Gruschow is in her first season in the NWHL. In her senior year at RPI, Gruschow led the team in both power play goals (5) and short-handed goals (2). She finished her collegiate hockey career with 93 points (46 g, 47 a). COLLEGE: yale HOMETOWN: greenwich, ct Ketchum is in her second season with the Riveters. In , she played for the Boston Blades of the CWHL, where she won the Clarkson Cup. She was one of the two Riveters players loaned to the Boston Pride last season to participate in the 2015 Women s Winter Classic. She was also named to the U-22 Team USA roster in 2010 before she joined the Blades. She recorded 87 points in 117 games while playing at Yale. Ketchum also played on the lacrosse team at Yale. 13 ashley johnston 32 jaimie leonoff COLLEGE: union HOMETOWN: burlington, on, can Johnston is in her second season with the Riveters. She served as the team captain in her first season with the team. She was a candidate for the NCAA s Hockey Humanitarian of the Year Award in her senior year. She also was an ECAC All-Academic team selection in three of her four years at Union. Johnston played in the CWHL with the Burlington Barracudas in 2010, where they made it to the Clarkson Cup semifinals. goaltender COLLEGE: yale HOMETOWN: montreal, qc, can Leonoff played her first NWHL season with Connecticut Whale, where she started in net for them in the NWHL s inaugural game against the Riveters. She ended the season with the highest save percentage in the league (.936). Leanoff won three straight team MVP awards while playing at Yale. In her senior season, she was awarded ECAC All- Academic team, Academic All- Ivy League, and Honorable Mention All- Ivy League. Leonoff also often participates with Habitat for Humanity and works with children from the projects in South Africa. 28 amanda kessel 73 milica mcmillen COLLEGE: u of minnesota HOMETOWN: madison, wi Kessel is in her first season of the NWHL. Before attending the University of Minnesota, where she won a national championship in 2013, she played at Shattuck- Saint Mary s. She won two consecutive U-19 championships there. In her final year there, she tallied 122 points in 46 games. She was the leading scorer of the team by 61 points. Kessel has won a medal at all International tournaments she has participated in. She won Silver at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Gold at the 2013 IIHF Women s World Championship, and Silver at the 2012 IIHF Women s World Championship. She also won Gold at the 2011 and 2012 Four Nations Cup. COLLEGE: u of minnesota HOMETOWN: st. paul, mn McMillen is in her first season in the NWHL. She finished her senior season at the University of Minnesota with 9 goals and 19 assists. She was named All-WCHA second team in her senior year. She won three national championships with Minnesota (2013, 2015, 2016). McMillen also won a gold medal as a part of the 2011 IIHF U-18 U.S World Championship team.

The Detroit native won a national championship in 2011 with the Wisconsin Badgers. Her senior year with the team she was elected to the All-WCHA Academic Team. Packer is one of 19 players in school history to record 100 points. She also won Gold at the 2008 and 2009 IIHF U-18 World Championships with Team USA. COLLEGE: boston u HOMETOWN: westport, ct Russo is in her first season in the NWHL. She recorded 38 points in her senior year at BU (15 g, 23 a). She also holds the record for fastest goal in a game in BU history, scoring just 12 seconds into the game on November 21, Russo won a national title in 2011 with Shattuck St. Mary s, where she also led the team in goals her senior year at the school. 27 michelle picard 31 sojung shin COLLEGE: harvard HOMETOWN: taunton, ma In her senior season at Harvard, Picard was selected to the All- Ivy League first team, All- ECAC Hockey third team, and was an ECAC man of the year finalist. Picard was a team captain as both a junior and senior on the team. She was a part of the U.S. national team that captured silver at the 2014 Olympics, and won gold in 2013, 2015, and 2016 at the World Championships of Hockey. In 2011, she was the captain of the U.S National Women s U-18 team. goaltender COLLEGE: providence HOMETOWN: seoul, korea Shin is in her first season of the NWHL. She notched 37 wins in three seasons while at St. Francis Xavier University, and had a career save percentage of 944. She was named MVP of the team for the 2015 season. Last season with Buffalo, Rafter recorded 2 goals and 1 assist in 17 games. In the season at the University of British Columbia, Rafter won the Canada West Player of the Year award. That year, she led the team in goals, points, and power- play goals. COLLEGE: providence HOMETOWN: innsbruck, austria Weber is in her second season with the Riveters. Before coming to the NWHL, she was a part of the 2015 Boston Blades (CWHL) team that won the Clarkson Cup. Weber also played for the Austrian U-18 team at the 2008 U-18 Women s Worlds. At the 2013 IIHF Women s World Championship, she was the scoring champion of the Division 1 group A bracket. In 81 games with the EWHL s Vienna Sabres, Weber recorded 182 points. While playing the EWHL, she was elected to the 2011 and 2012 All- Star team.
