Luggage Storage M2 has been made available for luggage storage on Sunday morning. Those staying at Mantra Midtown are able to bring luggage with them on the shuttles to BCEC. 6 RSL QUEENSLAND - GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS These are the terms (the Agreement ) governing your attendance at and participation in the 2017 RSL ( RSL ), Annual General Meeting (the Event ). By attending the Event you agree to these terms, which form a binding legal contract between RSL and the attendee or participant ( you ). 1. ATTENDEE REQUIREMENTS (a) By attending the Event you agree to grant RSL the right at the Event to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to RSL includes, but is not limited to, live or delayed streaming of the Event, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media (for example, but not limited to, publishing in RSL News). (b) You acknowledge and agree that RSL, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the Event name, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time. (c) Attendees may not record or broadcast audio or video of sessions at the RSL Event, however Attendees may take pictures within the AGM for purposes of company or annual reports, company media pieces, marketing materials, etc. RSL reserves the right to review recorded material prior to its publication and reserves the right to use the media for its promotional purposes on the RSL website or via other channels. (d) All intellectual property rights in and to the Event, the Event content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Event are owned by RSL or the Event sponsors or speakers presenting at the Event. You may not use or reproduce any trademarks or other trade names appearing at the Event, in any Event content or in any materials distributed at or in connection with the Event for any reason without the prior written permission of RSL. 2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (a) RSL gives no warranties in respect of any aspect of the Event or any materials related thereto or offered at the Event (including but not limited to, IT equipment and Event streaming services) and, to the fullest extent possible under the laws governing this Agreement, disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. RSL does not accept any responsibility or liability for reliance by you or any person on any aspect of the Event or any information provided at the Event. (b) Except as required by law, RSL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from the Event or other aspect related to or in connection with this Agreement.

9 Brisbane Airport Corporation Shuttle Loading Area Shuttle Loading Area Directions 1) Look for the Transport Coordinator, who will be dressed in a Brisbane Bus Lines uniform, holding a sign that says RSL State Congress. They ll be in Arrivals for the duration of the hours that flights will be arriving. 2) Once you have collected your luggage at Arrivals, you will be required to wait for other RSL members to arrive (or join those who are already waiting). 3) When ready, a bus will be sent around to the coach area. 4) From the front of the QANTAS Arrivals area, you will need to the lift or escalator up and over the roads. There will be signs directing people towards the Coach/Bus Pickup area. 5) Once up the lift/escalator, proceed across the concourse for about 50m where there will be another sign indicating the direction of the Coach/Bus Pickup area. 6) From there, head down the escalator on the other side and meet the Driver who will be waiting with a sign. If you re in a car park, you ve gone too far.
