1 REGISTRAGTION FAQs ANSWERED TEAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION Rule 7.15 A person who is registered as a Team Official in one Season may not, without the consent of the Club, Division or Affiliated Group with which such person is registered as a Team Official, be registered or appear on the bench in the immediately following Season as a Team Official for a Team in the immediately higher age division of another Club, Division or Affiliated Group. In the case of Midget and Under 21 'AAA', this restriction also applies to Teams in the same age division. Dual Coaching Not Permitted unless granted by GTHL Executive Director. A Signing officer from each organization must send their request to be approved. Goalies CAN participate as players, Players CANNOT participate as goalies Age Restrictions Minor Atom can register up to three (3) Eight year olds. Rule 7.4 U21 AAA Can register up to six(6) over agers. Rule 7.7 All other age groups do not have any restrictions on number of underage players Minor Atom to Peewee Under age players can register 1 year above their actual age category Minor Bantam to Midget Underage players can register 2 years above their actual age category Coaches Requirements AAA, AA, A 1. Certified Head Coach - Minor Atom to Atom> Coach Level or Higher - Minor Peewee Peewee> Coach, Intermediate or Higher - Minor Bantam and Above> Development 1 or Higher 2. Certified Trainer - Must be certified for upcoming season (certification lasts 3 years) 3. 3 rd Team official, can be either Assistant coach or Team Manager - Must have speak out * Where 5 team officials are registered, at least 3 of the team officials must have obtained a coach or trainer s certificate * ALL BENCH STAFF REQUIRE SPEAK OUT / RESPECT IN SPORT

LOR Resident playing AE does not require any paperwork to play in the GTHL. LOR Permission to Skate ONLY APPLIES TO AAA, AA, A Outside Lake Ontario Region Waivers needed from all centers listed below. Waivers must be renewed when registering for a Minor age category (EX. Minor Bantam). (Whether or not they have been playing in the GTHL previously or registering for the first time) Waivers must be renewed when changing clubs in the GTHL Release from previous team is required for players registering for Bantam and above (only needed from OMHA/ Alliance teams)
