5 Team Information 8 th and 7 th grade teams; NO TRYOUTS ALL players make the team; players are not guaranteed any specific amount of playing time in games Play Time Policy See Handout Will accommodate different skill levels

6 Practice Schedule Outdoor Practices: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday/Thursday: 5:00pm-7:00pm The weeks BEFORE spring break there will be no practices on Wednesdays (Exception: March 21 st ) The weeks AFTER spring break there will be no practices on Thursdays Friday: 3:30-5:00pm BEFORE game schedule starts 3:30-5:30pm AFTER game schedule starts Practices will begin promptly at these times; gear should be on and stick in hand by start time If coaches are not yet there, initiate the start on time!

10 Practice/Game Communication each week regarding practice schedule Distribution List Will try to inform of any changes/cancellations by 2:00pm each day. Remind101 GMS Girls Lax Announcements will be made at school All players are expected to ride the bus to and from away games. If your child will not be taking the bus an or written letter must be given to coaches prior to game for school s documentation.

11 Mandatory Items Pay to play is due no later than Friday, March 23 rd $30 payment can be paid through EZPAY or by check turned into coaches or AD Dale Hounshell You CANNOT play if you don t PAY! All physicals must be current and not expiring midseason. Please turn in to Athletic Trainer You cannot practice or play without a current physical Concussion forms Complete online through parent dashboard Hard copy signed and turned in to coach (AD s office or available on athletic website)
