Motion passes: 12-0 Co-concession Managers: MJ Carlson & Lori Kalata Ramping up concessions for traveling tryouts Working with Boosters on an electronic menu board Ice Scheduler: Kris DuPuis Obtained more weekday ice than expected at IGH Arena Obtained weekday ice at Drake Arena Putting together practice schedules and IP schedules The Pond ice rental increased to $190/hour Rosemount City Council Member: Shaun Nelson Candidate Forum 9/15 City Council Update Board Member Updates (Committee Reports) District 8: Dan Nicklay Season Previews for Squirt A s 11/5 and Girls all levels 10/29 and 10/30 MN Hockey Leadership Conference is 5/5 and 5/6 at Marriott in St. Louis Park D8 will pay for 1 hour of ice for any association hosting Try Hockey for Free Traveling coaches meeting will be held in November. Date and time TBD High School Coaches will host CEP level 1, 2 and 3 clinics on 9/24

3 Coaches Committee: Andy Proshek All traveling level coaching applicants have been interviewed. Presenting recommendation of the rankings for each level Conducting a Preseason Meeting for all coaching applicants following the Traveling Parent Meetings Interviews for IP level head coaching applicants will be conducted in September Girls Committee: Jason Edgar Hastings will do scrimmages with RAHA for tryouts 2-15U s that will need to be placed for this season 10U A Team has been invited to scrimmage for Bloomington s tryouts Goalie Committee: Chris Jones All Bauer gear has been delivered for the IP Program Goalie preseason clinics have started and the feedback has been positive on the new instructors Arena Experience Committee: Lisa Toll Blueline club will be joining our committee Working on team accomplishments against the new policy Registration/Rostering Committee: Chris Kalata Clinic registration is down this season o Bantam 35 o Peewee 32 o Squirt 37 o 10U/12U Girls 18 o Mite/8U 39 o Mini Mite/6U 22 o Goalies - 13 o 182 Total (244 last year) Season Registration to-date o Bantams 75 total (6 goalies) o Peewees 87 total (10 goalies) o Squirts 77 total (4 goalies) o 12U 20 total (2 goalies) o 10U 30 total (2 goalies) Communications Committee: Chris Kalata September Newsletter is going out this week went out on late fee kicking in at midnight went out on parent meetings

Motion passes: 12-0 New Business Traveling Evaluations: Jeff Humble Review of tryout process Jerseys: Scott Nitti Mite Eval jerseys Motion: to purchase Bantam jerseys at $90/pair from Custom Apparel, up to 120 sets of jerseys. Motioned by Scott Nitti, second by Jennifer Heusinkveld. Motion passes: 12-0 Motion: to purchase IP Eval jerseys at $33 each from South Metro Sports, up to 40 jerseys total. Motioned by Tim Roszak, second by Freddie Berberena. Motion passes: 12-0 Scott Nitti recused himself from the IP Eval Jersey purchase discussion due to a conflict of interest. Scott Nitti was not present for the discussion and vote on this item

5 Traveling Coaches: Andy Proshek Motion: to approve the boys and girls traveling coach rankings as submitted by the Coaches Committee. Motioned by Lisa Toll, second by Marc Tobias. Motion passes: 12-0 Motion: to have the traveling parent head coaches ice credit remain the same at $300. Motioned by Jason Edgar, second by Chris Kalata. Motion passes: 12-0 Freddie Berberena, Andy Proshek and Jeff Tuccitto recused themselves from the traveling head coach ice credit discussion due to a conflict of interest. Freddie Berberena, Andy Proshek and Jeff Tuccitto were not present for the discussion or vote on this item Motion: to approve $700 for prizes for the gold tournament. Motioned by Chris Kalata, second by Dan Nicklay. Motion passes: 12-0 Motion: to have the goalie clinic registration costs at $185 for the season. Motioned by Chris Jones, second by Marc Tobias. Motion passes: 12-0 Motion: to approve Joe Tuset and Elliot Houge to be our goalie evaluators for the season. Motioned by Dan Nicklay, second by Scott Nitti.
