1 TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING LIGHTNING LEGEND FOR A DAY SWEEPSTAKES Official Rules 1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. TEXT MESSAGING IS NOT REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. EACH TEXT MESSAGE SENT OR RECEIVED MAY INCUR A CHARGE AS PROVIDED IN YOUR RATE PLAN. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. This Tampa Bay Lightning Lightning Legend for a Day Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ) is subject to these official rules (the Official Rules ) and all federal, state, and local laws, including s , F.S. 2. Sweepstakes Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Lightning Hockey LP d/b/a the Tampa Bay Lightning ( TBL ) and Anheuser-Busch, LLC ( AB ). TBL and AB are referred to collectively herein as the Sponsor. 3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who (i) are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, (ii) reside within seventy-five (75) miles of AMALIE Arena, and (iii) are not otherwise barred by law from participating in the Sweepstakes at the time of entry. Any individual who fulfills the foregoing requirements and chooses to enter the Sweepstakes is herein referred to as a Qualified Entrant. Employees of Lightning Hockey LP d/b/a the Tampa Bay Lightning, TBSE Football, LLC d/b/a the Tampa Bay Storm, Tampa Bay Arena, L.P. d/b/a AMALIE Arena, AB, the City of Tampa, Hillsborough County, Tampa Sportservice, Inc., the Tampa Sports Authority, any other entity directly involved in the development or administration of any of Sweepstakes (collectively, the Sweepstakes Entities ), and the immediate family and household members of each of the foregoing, are expressly excluded as Qualified Entrants and are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or be awarded the Prize (as defined below). Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. 4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes begins at 7:00 PM Eastern Time ( ET ) on Friday, December 22, 2017 and ends at 11:59 PM on Thursday, February 1, 2018 ( Entry Period ). You may enter the Sweepstakes in one (1) of two (2) ways: via text message, or by in-person paper entry. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per Qualified Entrant, per mobile phone, per day, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void. Neither TBL nor AB are responsible for lost, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise deficient entries, or for any entries that are intercepted, illegible, misdirected, or otherwise unsuccessfully submitted or received during the Entry Period, whatever the cause, including, without limitation, transmission, technical, and/or network failures of any kind (irrespective of the source). a. Text Messaging: To enter by text messaging, text keyword BUD to from your mobile device to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per Qualified Entrant per phone number per day. By entering via text messaging you agree to receive a text message sent to your mobile phone confirming your entry into the Sweepstakes. NOTE: You may be charged standard messaging and/or data rates for each text message sent from and received by your handset according to the terms of your wireless service agreement. 2 with text messaging functionality to enter via this method. Check your phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions. b. In-Person Method: If you do not wish to enter by text messaging, you may enter the Sweepstakes by completing a paper entry form located at the Lakewood Ranch Client Services Lounge inside AMALIE Arena during standard business operating hours. In-person entries must be completed by Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 5:00 PM EST. In-person entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit one (1) in-person entry per Qualified Entrant per day. 5. Random Drawing: The ten (10) potential winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected by random drawing following the Entry Period from among all eligible entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes (the Winner ). The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 6. Prize: There will be a total of ten (10) prizes (collectively, the Prizes, or individually, a Prize ). Each Prize will include a hockey 101 instruction session, fantasy camp ( Fantasy Camp ) on-ice instruction from a Tampa Bay Alumni, a locker room tour, a celebration on the Budweiser Biergarten, and all-inclusive tickets to a Tampa Bay Lightning home game for Winner and his/her one (1) guest. Each Winner will also receive a personalized jersey. Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) of all Prizes awarded: $5,000. Winner and guests (i) must attend the Fantasy Camp on the date specified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, and (ii) will be required to execute a TBA-provided Release and Waiver, or Winner will forfeit the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible if the game or any other scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed. Tickets may be subject to issuer s standard rain-check policies and procedures. All expenses, travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of Winner. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets will not be replaced. By accepting ticket prize, Winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket. Sponsor is not responsible if Winner does not use ticket on the day of the game or does not attend the Fantasy Camp on the date specified by the Sponsor. All details of Prize, including game date are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize by any Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value. The Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. 7. Prize Conditions: All Prize details will be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, territory, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with the Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. 3 transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM FANTASY CAMP/THE GAME AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED. Seat locations at the game will be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner s guest must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. National Hockey League game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Hockey and/or the applicable National Hockey League Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the Prize will govern in the event a legal game, event, or exhibition, as defined by the National Hockey League, is not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable arena and venue, as applicable, regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the Winner and/or his/her guest who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any National Hockey League game, event, or exhibition. National Hockey League game, event, and exhibition tickets awarded as Prize may not be resold or offered for resale or used in any way for commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game, event or exhibition ticket(s). 8. Notification: The potential winners will be notified by TBL by telephone call and/or text message by the number provided at the time of entry (the Prize Notification ). In the event that any potential winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within twenty-four (24) hours of the date of issuance, or declines the Prize for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor s sole discretion and time permitting, Sponsor may (i) randomly select an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries, (ii) donate the Prize to a charitable organization of Sponsor s choosing, or (iii) void the Prize. Noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of the Prize (or any portion thereof) or Prize Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture and, at Sponsor s sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential winner to be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Qualified Entrants acknowledge that (a) it is their responsibility to check their text message inbox and to ensure they receive any phone call from TBL in connection with this Sweepstakes, and (b) Sponsor will not be held responsible for any failure by the Winner to timely claim the Prize in connection with the Winner s failure to receive any message transmitted by TBL. 9. Promotional Usage of Likeness. The Winner acknowledges and agrees that acceptance of the Prize grants to Sponsor and each of their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use world-wide and in perpetuity, in any media now known or later developed, at any time or times, the Winner s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information for any Page 3 of 5

4 purpose, including, but not limited to, in advertisements, publicity, and other communications without additional compensation, consideration, permission or notification except where prohibited by law. 10. Entrant Warranties and Representations. By entering into the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each Qualified Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and any revised version hereof, and warrants and represents that he/she is eligible to enter the Sweepstakes in accordance with any and all applicable law and these Official Rules. 11. Release of Liability and Indemnification. Each Qualified Entrant, on behalf of him/herself and his/her heirs, successors, and assigns, agrees to forever release the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities, their successors and assigns, and each of the foregoing s respective owners, members, managers, partners, officers, directors, employees, independent contractors and assigns, and all of their successors and assigns (collectively, Released Parties ), from and against any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages (including death) of any kind caused by any activity affiliated with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, including, but not limited to, any injury (financial, bodily, or otherwise) sustained in connection with the Prize. Each Qualified Entrant also agrees to indemnify the Released Parties, for any costs incurred by the Released Parties in relation to any litigation or unanticipated costs or expenses stemming from any misrepresentation by the Qualified Entrant under Paragraph 10, above. 12. General Conditions. Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due or garbled entries, transmissions, or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website, or other connections including those through and/or by any website, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cable or wireless transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; wireless service congestion; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems, wireless towers or cellular tower equipment; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in wireless or other transmission, processing, or communication; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, telephone, wireless service, mail, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or the cancellation or postponement of any National Hockey League game, event or exhibition. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's wireless device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or attempt to undermine Page 4 of 5

5 the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or any representative of Sponsor or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor, and/or their respective agents. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Released Parties (a) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the Prize (or any portion thereof), and (b) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the Winner and award the Prize by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation. Sponsor also reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. 13. Dispute Resolution. In the event that litigation is initiated in order to enforce and/or interpret any provision of these Official Rules or to resolve a dispute about the Sweepstakes or the Prize, the proper venue for any such litigation will be Tampa, Florida. The prevailing party will be reimbursed by the non-prevailing party for all costs and fees, including attorneys fees and court costs, incurred by the prevailing party in connection with such litigation. 14. Further Information. Any further information related to entry into the Sweepstakes will be available on the Tampa Bay Lightning website at (the Sweepstakes Website ). In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and information listed on the Sweepstakes Website, the information on the Sweepstakes Website will prevail. 15.
