Thomas Edwin Hughes, 78 passed away on March 1, He is survived by his wife Kristin Scowden Hughes, his daughter Kara Salgado and her husband Henry, his grandson Cole Salgado and sister Betsy Baumbauer. Additionally, he leaves behind many other family and friends who will deeply miss him.
