2 LIVESTOCK SALE CENTRE BIO-SECURITY MEASURES Purchasers are requested to wear clean footwear and clothes when attending the sale. All livestock vehicles should be fully cleaned and disinfected before coming to the Market Site. CONDITIONS OF SALE The sale is held subject to the Auctioneer's General terms and Conditions of Sale and to the Auction Conditions of Sale recommended for use at Markets by the Livestock Auctioneers Association. These Conditions will be displayed in full at the Sale Premises and are available to those purchasers who require them. CATALOGUE ENTRIES Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the descriptions are accurate no guarantee is given or implied. Buyers should note that lots may be withdrawn and other lots added prior to the sale day. Buyers are advised to contact the Auctioneers prior to the sale to confirm a particular lots inclusion since neither the Vendor nor the Auctioneers will be responsible for abortive expenses in respect of withdrawn lots. SETTLEMENT AND CLEARANCE OF LIVESTOCK Settlement in full is due to the Auctioneers immediately at the conclusion of the sale; no animals may leave from the Sale Premises without an official PASS obtainable only from the Auctioneers upon settlement and all stock should be cleared from the sale premises on the day of the sale, except where additional time to remove has been specified. 4 AUCTIONEERS NOTE Today's dispersal sale comprises the dispersal of all Keith Perry s cows with calves at foot or in calf. Keith has decided to sell the herd as a result of the dissolution of a farming partnership and reduction of land being farmed in hand. It is his intention to invest the funds of sale into a starter herd of bulling heifers and two fresh Bulls to calve in the spring and condense his calving pattern. The majority of cows were bulled as heifer's and brought into the herd and the sale includes two Bulls one Lim X and the other from the famous Wilodge Stud, many cows of which have his calves at foot. All calves have been dehorned and all males castrated at birth unless otherwise announced at sale. The herd has been completely out wintered in bark yards being fed ad lib silage and hay alongside protein licks and molasses with the silage. Purchasers will note the recent sale of Keith's store cattle in Cirencester Market which are sure proof of the quality of the cattle being offered today.
