There hasn t been a time in the beef cattle business when it has been more important to produce the kind of calves the buyers are looking for. We feel this set of bulls will do just that. The bulls in this sale have been raised with the rancher in mind. We don t creep feed. We let the cow raise her calve on her own. We want to know which cow can raise a calf not a creep feeder. The bulls represented in this sale are sired by SAV Renown 3439, RB Tour of Duty 177, Mohnen Impressive 1093, Varilek Confidence (Connealy Confidence 0100 son), Woodhill Prophet Y79-B76 (GAR Prophet son), LT Celtic 3094 (Earnan son), and Pine Creek Consensus 2004 (Connealy Consensus 7229 son). The bulls are fed a high roughage ration 45 mg-cal ration developed by our nutritionist Jack Seiben of J&R Feeds. The TMR ration consists of ground hay, corn and J&R bull concentrate. The bulls will be in ideal breeding condition. Carcass information and scrotal measurements will be available sale day. We will winter the bulls until late April and deliver them to your ranch after they have passed their semen test. The two year old bulls and the fall bulls have already been tested. Stop in anytime to view the bulls at the ranch. Jack is cooking again this year and will be available to discuss feeding rations for your ranch.
