9 ALL AROUND CATTLE CLASSIC AWARD All around class is a 4 event accumulation of placing points. You must enter 4 events at the show and is based on one horse one rider. You must nominate your horse/rider to enter this class and choose which classes you want to count towards your all around points. You need to enter two NON cattle classes and two cattle classes. Nomination Fee is $40.00 Open & $20.00 for NP/Amateur & Youth. There will be a Open, Non Pro, and Youth Division with 1st place receiving awards. There is no jackpot. Points will be calculated based on number of entries in the class. 9 or more entries would received 9 points for 1st place, 2nd receiving 8, 3rd receiving 7, etc. Example if only 3 horses entered in the class total would be 3 points, then 2 and 1. 11 IMPORTANT INFORMATION Membership For the classes you enter you must have the appropriate corresponding current membership. (NRCHA, NRHA, AQHA, TQHA, NCHA, SRCHA) You can get those memberships at the show. Draws and Deadline May 8th is the pre-entry deadline to receive a $35.00 office credit. Entries close at 5:00 p.m. the night before the class runs. Draws for all classes will be posted after 5:00 p.m. the night before the class runs. Entries after the draw must be in one class prior to the class you are entering. There are no refunds of entry fees AFTER the draw. You can scratch any class if you do so before the draw to receive your entry fees back. Adding/scratching classes needs to be done in the office EXCEPT for the Cutting and Roping those will be done at the arena announcer stand on show day. Health Requirements Horses must have a current coggins and out of state horses will need a health certificate. Check In A check or credit card is required to receive your back numbers. Parking All vehicles and trailers will be required to pay to park in all facility lots. When you arrive, take a ticket and come to the show office we will direct you where to get a pass for your truck & trailer. You must have a pass to get in and out of the facility. Loading and unloading zones are for unloading only, no parking or unattended vehicles. Bedding and Stalls Stalls are on a first come first serve basis. Bedding can be ordered before May 16 as pre-bed, after that you can order direct from the facility.
