2 Official Show Rules 1 This show will be governed by the latest revised rules of the ARBA. Filing of entry indicates your acceptance of these show rules and those listed below. 2 The Illinois Rabbit Breeders Association will not be responsible for accidents; this includes but is not limited to, loss in case of fi re, theft or providential destruction. However, every precaution will be taken to prevent same. 3 A good check, US money order, or cash must accompany your entry in order to be accepted. (There will be a $25.00 service fee charge on all returned checks). Make all checks payable to the Illinois Rabbit Breeders Association (IRBA). The IRBA reserves the right to reject ANY entry for due cause. 4 ALL entered animals must be permanently and legibly earmarked. 5 Entry Forms and remark cards are to be fi lled out completely and legibly. Please check and double check your entry form against your remark card. Any animal at the table that does not appear on your entry form will be scratched. 6 Fur class entries are to be noted on your entry sheet, and must also be on a separate remark card. 7. Fur classes will be provided for: Breed Fur/Normal White Fur/Normal Colored Fur. Unless otherwise noted on the entry form, all fur class animals will be entered in Breed Fur. 8 Open & Youth Judging will begin as close to 9:00 AM as possible on Saturday and Sunday. The IRBA reserves the right to substitute, add, or remove judges as deemed necessary. 9 Other than offi cial show personnel, Youth MUST carry youth entered animals. 10 * There will be no placement ribbons given. 11 All sweepstakes will be governed by the latest rules. (IRBA show exhibitors who are current members of the IRBA will receive credit for double sweepstakes points earned, only towards the IRBA Sweepstakes.) 12 Any/All animals exhibiting signs of sickness will be removed from the showroom, or otherwise isolated at the show offi cial s discretion. 13 * There must be ten (10) or more animals shown in the breed sweepstaked (sanctioned) in order to receive BOB or BOS award. The IRBA is not responsible for any donated awards. 14 Unless otherwise specifi ed within the catalog, any breeds NOT SANCTIONED will pay $3.00 for Best of Breed and $2.00 for Best Opposite Sex of Breed provided ten (10) or more animals are shown in the breed. 15 Specialty Club shows will be held as prearranged between the specialty show host and the IRBA Show Superintendent. Contact the specialty show secretary for information regarding that breed specialty show. 16 If deemed necessary, the sponsoring club reserves the right to ask for proof of ownership for animals entered. 17 Parents and/or guardians will be held responsible for their own actions as well as those of their own children and/or those children that accompanied them. 18 There will be no smoking inside the show building, and no alcoholic beverages are allowed anywhere on the Interstate property. 19 All carriers must have solid bottoms. 20 IF YOU MAKE COOPING RESERVATIONS VIA PHONE OR , SHOULD YOU BE UNABLE TO ATTEND FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COOPING RESERVED.
