Refer General Conditions of Entry & Show Rules. All cattle must be of a quiet nature and able to be led. Exhibitors shall not, under any circumstances, bring onto the Showgrounds any animal, which has, or by reason of association may have, any notifiable or dangerous disease. The Society declines any responsibility in connection with the animals or injury to or by them. The Owner shall be personally responsible. All animals must be entered Free from Disease or Ticks. Vehicles & Trailers transporting cattle for this section will be allowed to enter the grounds to unload. Immediately on unloading the Vehicle &/or trailer must be removed from the grounds. Exhibitor s Passes will be issued on receipt of Entry Form and must be collected by the Exhibitor. Passes: 1 animal = 1 pass; 2 or 3 animals = 2 passes; 4 = 3 passes. Breed must be shown on Entry Form. All animals must be the bona fide property of the Exhibitor, and must be fully registered with respective Breed Societies. Certificate of Registration must be available for inspection. Registrations will be checked with respective Breed Societies. Supreme Champions and Groups will be Inter-breed competitions. Age of registered animals is to be calculated from birth to 1st July this year. All animals 12 months & over to be dogged or ringed with lead attached when handled on the grounds. For safety reasons neck straps are preferred by the Society. Stud Cattle to be led out in age order - eldest to youngest. Entry Form to have date of birth for ease of organising age position. Any calf shown on a cow is not eligible to be shown in age classes. Please include all calves on the entry form, even if they are on a cow. Maximum age for a calf shown on a cow is nine (9) months. No cattle are allowed as non-competitive. Bedding - Society will supply initial bedding only. All exhibitors are requested to participate in the Grand Parade with their stock and failure to do so may result in exhibitors forfeiting any prize monies. Cattle are not permitted to leave the grounds before 2.30 pm. Led Steer/Heifer to be weighed and mouthed from am Show Tuesday. Stewards have the final decision on teeth & weight. All cattle to have milk teeth. The exhibit need not be the property of the Exhibitor. The exhibit must be pure beef or beef infused crossbreed. A Led Steer/Heifer exhibited in this class is unable to be exhibited in Stud Beef Classes.
