2 A message from the Chairman/CEO of the PBR: Dear Friends, The 2014 season was another great year for PBR. We set 11 new attendance records including the PBR Build Ford Tough World Finals in Las Vegas. During the World Finals, we witnessed two world champions etch their names into the history books. Silvano Alves (2011, 2012 & 2014) and Bushwacker (2011, 2013 & 2014) claimed their third world championship in four years. Silvano Alves also became the richest bull rider in history with over $5.2 million in earnings in just 54 months. Bushwacker made his final ride in Las Vegas and capped off an unbelievable career. He is now spending his retirement on the ranch in California. The 2015 season is shaping up to be another great year. We kicked off the 27 city Built Ford Tough Series in Baltimore, MD on January 2-3 and will finish on October in Las Vegas with the PBR World Finals. The Blue-Def Velocity Tour, launched in 2014, will have over 25 events in 2015 with the series championship in Louisville, KY on October We adopted a new championship points system to consolidate all PBR activity into one comprehensive world-wide system. The new system is much simpler and easier for PBR fans to follow and rewards bull riders who perform at the highest level both within individual events and throughout the season. While we have new exciting things happening in 2015, we have not changed our commitment to support worthwhile organizations. We will be partnering with Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada again this year for our annual Charity Golf Classic during the World Finals in Las Vegas. We raised over $22,000 for Candlelighters in 2014 thanks to the support of many great companies and individuals that participated in the event. With your continued support we can surpass the number and make a meaningful impact on the lives many children. We look forward to seeing you this year at the PBR Charity Golf Classic. 8 Your Support Benefits: CANDLELIGHTERS CHILDHOOD CANCER FOUNDATION OF NEVADA Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada (Candlelighters) is the first and oldest non-profit organization in Nevada serving families coping with childhood cancer. Located in Las Vegas, the organization was founded in 1978 by two families who each had a child being treated for cancer. The founders believed families could find strength, knowledge and comfort by banding together; they believed no one should face this cruel disease alone. For more than thirty seven years, our mission has been to provide support, education, hope and advocacy through programs and services for children and adolescents with cancer, their families and the professionals who care for them. Our purpose is to alleviate the isolation many families feel at the time their child is diagnosed with cancer and provide access to financial resources, advocacy services and guidance to ensure their ability to focus on the most important element of cancer treatment - their child s survival. Candlelighters identifies and addresses the needs that affect nearly every diagnosed child and their family as they pass through the different stages of the disease and cancer treatment. Services are continuous and are provided over the course of a child s diagnosis, treatment, recovery, potential relapse, residual medical problems due to treatment, and, in some cases, death and bereavement. Candlelighters works with approximately 125 families during any given month, serving as many as 600 children, including siblings, each year. Two thirds of the families in our programs come from minority backgrounds. 9 Established in June 2000, the course at Siena Golf Club was designed Schmidt-Curley Designs. At Siena, the variety in the routing and pacing of holes will keep all levels of golfers entertained from opening tee shot to final tap-in. Siena features an ideal blend of doglegs and straightaway holes, a mix of slender and ample fairways, a balance between benign and rugged green complexes. Yet without exception, the course offers a host of shot-making options and plenty of grassy bail-out areas when the occasional shot gets away.
