Bidding Disputes: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final. Terms: The terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the auction. Checks are to be made payable to TLBGCA. Possession: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession can not be obtained until payment is made.
