I would like to thank you all for taking the time to look through our offering. We believe that there are some exciting times ahead in the cattle industry, and we are very proud to be part of it. The set of bulls on offer, we feel, are well put together and are a very uniform group of yearling bulls. We are committed to producing top quality breeding stock. These bulls have been developed and raised for longevity and soundness. The cattle come from a good selection of sire groups that will offer calving ease as well as maintaining growth and functionality. He is a paternal sibling to the 2010 Denver NWSS Reserve Champion Bull, Panama Jack, as well as the Agribition Champion Bull - Stabilizer. We feel Supremacy has loads of potential with his outcross pedigree, a mother who is a tremendously great milker and who has turned out to be one of our best producers year in and year out. He is loaded with red meat, tons of middle and loads of top, here is one you need to look at. He was the heaviest calf at weaning this fall. If you want one that is going to add pounds to your calves here is your bull. 127Z This calf has been a favorite of mine since birth. We purchased his dam from the great Remington herd and she has done and continues to make her mark. A very interesting pedigree, Traveler 6807 on the top as well as Saugahatchee and EXT on the bottom side, this is a calf bred right. We have used him extensively on our heifers with very great success. They calve unassisted and are up in no time. His dam, 5X, is one of the first Renovator females in production and boy are we pleased. Beautifully uddered, super sound, moderate framed, functional type of female. I recently had the opportunity to see a ton of siblings to this bull in Denver and boy was I impressed. 7 Pioneer Grain Terminal 1.5 miles St. Joseph s Kuntz Farm TERMS: The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable at par. Settlement to be made immediately after the completion of the sale. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement is made. All settlements must be made with the clerk of the sale before any cattle will be released. All monies are Canadian funds. BIDS: Every animal entering the sale ring will be sold to the highest bidder. DISPUTES: In case of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer s decision of all disputes is final. ANNOUNCEMENTS: All announcements made from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay close attention to any such announcements. PURCHASER S RISK: Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold. TERMS & CONDITIONS INSURANCE: Insurance can be arranged for through the sales clerk. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION: Each animal will carry a Registration Certificate issued by the Canadian Angus Association. A certificate of registry, duly transferred, will be furnished to the buyer after payment has been made. ACCIDENTS: Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers, neither the sale management nor the auctioneer assume any responsibility in this matter and disclaim any liability, legal or otherwise, in the event of accident or loss of property.
