2 ATTENTION FLEET PROFESSIONALS: REGISTRATION POLICIES RMFMA Texas Chapter would like to invite you to attend the Texas Equipment and Technology Show, a one day vendor expo, to be held at the Texas Motor Speedway on November 13, 2015 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are honored to offer this event absolutely FREE * to the attendees. Upon check in, meal tickets will be issued for both breakfast and lunch. Breakfast will be served until 8:30 a.m. and the first demonstration will begin after the Opening Ceremony. Each Attendee will have the opportunity to win the following prizes: 2 Victory Lane Club Tickets for any 2016 Texas Motor Speedway Race (valued at $400 each) 2 $100 Gift Certificates for dinner in The Speedway Club 1 of 8 Team Texas Ride of a Lifetime Race Car Rides! (Winners must be present at the Awards Ceremony, to win) ***Attendees are highly encouraged to participate in demonstrations hosted by our Sponsors; after each demonstration, tickets will be given to the attendees of the demonstration. You can use these tickets to enter for one of the eleven prizes listed above. You Must be Present as the Awards Ceremony to Win. Pace Car and Race Car Rides are also available for individual purchase ($10 and $ respectively) In a time where budget cuts and travel restrictions are widespread, we know that this show will be a premiere opportunity for networking and onsite equipment displays to aid in purchase decisions for the upcoming fiscal year. Pre-registration is required to attend FREE* and is important so that we can notify registrants should unforeseen circumstances arise.
