1 Union Soccer Association Referee Test 1. The spirit of the game. Our objective is that games will be refereed so that kids can have fun, no one get s hurt and so everyone will learn a little more about soccer every game. 2. The referees are expected to be at the field at least 20 minutes prior to kick off in order to inspect the field, have a pre-game talk and check and instruct players. 3.
