1 REFEREEING KIDS RUGBY (U8-U12) LAW THEORY AND MANAGEMENT EXAMINATION 2014

2 RKR Law and Management Exam 2014 This examination is comprised of questions that are applicable to the role of the referee during a match. The examination is to assist new Referees in confirming their understanding of the appropriate laws, but any person may undertake the examination. NOTES 1. Unless otherwise specified, all questions assume standard Pathway numbers of players on each team and that there is no advantage. 2. All questions are based on the 2014 TryRugby Kids Pathway for U8 to U12. This incorporates the IRB s 2013 Law Amendment Trials. 3. The Laws of the Game relating to the TryRugby Kids Pathway are available on line at 4. Some questions will relate to a specific age group eg: U10 & U11. If an age group is not stated in the question then the question relates to the Laws of Rugby generally. These Laws can be found online at 5. There are also questions relating to information provided in the Refereeing Kids Rugby Course material. 6. Law books and notes may be used without any restrictions when completing the examination. 7. There are multiple choice and true/false questions. 8. There is only one correct answer for each question. 9.
