3 TYPE OF TRAVEL Physical training / triathlon training camp: - 5 days of training oriented to participation (optional) of 11th annual Bali International Triathlon, run by multi champion Marcel Zamora Perez - Sport and tourist experiences in Bali island - Accommodation at Vertical House Bali HIGHLIGHTS - Double daily session of training in the most authentic parts of Bali - Technical supervision (theoretical and practical) by Marcel Zamora Perez, one of the strongest triathlete on the world stage - Participation (optional) at the 11th annual Triathlon in Bali, a competition in one of the most exotic places of the world - Special session of training / day tour between temples, waterfalls and rice terraces - Tasting of traditional Balinese food, barbeque on the beach and full immersion in Balinese culture - Sport activities extra (surf lessons and trekking on the highest volcano of Bali) - Logistical support for bikes transport and sport equipment necessary to train - Monitoring by Italian and English speaking guides

4 THE TRAINER: MARCEL ZAMORA PEREZ 1978 BARCELONA Sportsman from birth, after several years as an amateur, he started to approach the duathlon, and in 1995 he participated in his first triathlon competitions, framework for which he became a professional in A 2 time winner of the Ironman 70.3 of Monaco in 2006 and 2007, the Natureman in 2012, the Extreme Man Getxo in 2013, the Extreme Man Salou in 2014 and winner of the Oravaman in 2014, 2015 and From the beginning of his carrier till 2016 he has participated in 25 Ironman competitions, conquering 1st place 11 times, 5 time winner of the Ironman of Nice, and 6 time running winner of the Embrunman, becoming the most successful man in the legendary event of triathlon, and holds the record with the five time French winner, Yives Cordier. Personal trainer for more than 10 years with 4 years as the trainer of the triathlon team of Club Nataciòn BCN. Marcel is admired by many for not only his extreme dedication and athleticim, he lives simply while including everyone in his lifestyle complete with heaps of humor, joy and activity. Marcel has been frequenting the island of Bali for 6 years and knows all its aspects, about sports and entertainment.

5 SCHEDULE OF THE CAMP 1 DAY 15th of October: Arrival in Denpasar Bali, and transfer in our resort Vertical House Bali. Welcome refreshment and presentation of the camp from Marcel Zamora Perez 2 DAY 16th of October: First training session during the sunrise, breakfast and relax. Lunch at Vertical House or traditional restaurant, second training session at the end of the day and final briefing. Dinner at Vertical House or in a traditional restaurant. Accommodation in Vertical House. 3 DAY 17th of October: First training session during the sunrise, breakfast and relax. Lunch at Vertical House or traditional restaurant, second training session at the end of the day and final briefing. Fish barbeque on Jimbaran beach. Accommodation in Vertical House. 4 DAY 18th of October: First training session during the sunrise, breakfast and relax. Lunch at Vertical House or traditional restaurant, second training session + surf lesson, and final briefing. Dinner in Vertical House or traditional restaurant. Accommodation in Vertical House. 5 DAY 19th of October: Training session organised in order to visit really interesting places of Bali island*, such as Tirta Empul Temple, Tegallalang rice terraces, Gunung Kawi Temple and the Coffee Luwak Farm Lunch and free afternoon. Dinner in a traditional balinese restaurant, final briefing, transfer and accommodation in Vertical House. *Travelled distances and consequently places that will be visited during the Training day tour may vary depending on general level of readiness of the group 6 DAY 20th of October: First training session during the sunrise, breakfast and relax. Lunch at Vertical House or traditional restaurant, transfer to Sanur for a briefing with organisers of the competition

6 Official dinner pre competition, and transfer back to Vertical House Accommodation in Vertical House 7 DAY 21st of October: Breakfast and transfer to Sanur for the participation (optionl) at the 11th annual Bali International Triathlon. Transfer back to Vertical House Bali, and free evening Verticalife staff present on the spot will be available to give advices about beaches or places of interests to visit during the free time 8 DAY 22nd of October: DAY TOUR / NO SPORT! Breakfast and transfer in the Ubud s surroundings for the beginning of the tour, with the support of an expert tourist guide who speaks italian and english, discovering Jatiluwih rice terraces, Nung nung waterfalls, the Monkey forest in Ubud and balinese customs, such as Kecak dance Dinner in a traditional Balinese restaurant, transfer back and accommodation at Vertical House 9 DAY 23rd of October: Breakfast on the beach and surflesson. Lunch. Afternoon, evening and dinner free Verticalife staff present on the spot will be available to give advice about beaches or places of interests to visit during free time. 10 DAY 24th of October: TREKKING DAY Around 1 am: transfer to Pura Pasar Agung for the beginning of the trekking, Around 6 am breakfast on the top of the volcano Gunung Agung watching the amazing view and sunrise Around 11 am, back to the starting point, lunch in a traditional restaurant and transfer in Vertical House. Afternoon free and goodbye dinner at Vertical House 11 DAY 25th of October Last Balinese breakfast, transfer to airport and flight back depending on flights timetable

GENERAL INFORMATION Bali island is one of the most famous and frequented tourist destination in the world. Known and popular for its beautiful beaches, ancient artistic and religious culture and peculiarity of its multiple faces, it might seem like a complicated place and not immediately appreciable for its intense traffic in some areas, for its lower hygiene standards compared to Europe, and for its tropical temperature which can make difficult the adaptation during the first hours or days. For these reasons, the Triathlon Camp Bali requires a good adaptability and flexibility. All the trainings in the morning will start at sunrise time to avoid traffic and high temperature, and the trainings in the afternoon will be organised in order to suffer as little as possible these probably unpleasant situations, taking advantage of places less busy and hot. If these characteristics will be accepted and taken in the right way from all the participants, they will help without any doubt to live one of the best tourist / sports experience of your life!
